Modern Concrete

Business owner, John Kardell, arranged a visit at our home (May 29, 2013) to discuss our plans and provide a good faith estimate as to cost/time frame. We were told at that time that our project would not be able to begin until late July/early August, due to prior workload, which was fine. We also were planning to add a fence to our yard, but after meeting with John, he indicated that he would have better access to the planned project area if we waited until he could get started. So we held off adding the fence and waited. Approximately the 3rd week of August an email was sent to John inquiring about the project and when things would be able to get started. He responded saying that he would be able to start in September (1 month late, without notifying us of any delays). We heard nothing from him for over 2 months. We finally scheduled the fence to be installed in late August and notified John on October 22, 2013 (3 months after our promised date) that his services were no longer needed or wanted. We received no communication about delays unless we initiated an inquiry and even after initiating an inquiry we were left in the dark several times without a response.

Provided an excellent product in timeline promised. Very courteous staff.

Both times they came out, they did a great job. It's really beautiful work. They have very efficient set up and clean up.
