Joel was the electrician who did my job. A very personable young man. He did great work and I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely call them for any future electrical work.

Service was very prompt. Tec. Explained all options and work was completed same day. There was an issue the next day and they returned the same day to correct the problem.

Disclaimer: I was given the opportunity to see cost and options and I did agree to pay for most of the services with the misconception of thinking this type of service is typical cost. However, after I being taken advantage of by replacing a working $5 receptacle and then charged me $77.00. This lead me to do further research and spoke to other licensed electricians. My Story; First let me offer a suggestion, if you don't want see Mr. Sparky's ridicules high cost options that will be over $1000 then don't allow them to do this so-called home inspection. One option was $1,300 to install smoke detectors, mind you smoke detectors cost between $30 to $80 and all you need is a ladder. I denied this option. 1) They installed a so-called home surge protection (Purpose understood) however this small device is just a surge protection device and does nothing to filter or clean variable AC. A device you can buy anywhere for around $200 and 2 std 15-60A breakers which cost between $15 and $40, the job itself typically around 1.5hrs. Cost (high side) should have been around $430, my cost $1,155 2) Installed a new outlet where there was none, cost of outlet $5, typical time maybe a .5 to 1hr depending on how fast electrician would be to run wire. Cost (high side) should have been around $105.00, Mr. Sparky cost $288 3) I stepped out of the house and the electrician asked my wife if he could replace a working receptacle because it had paint on it. Wife agreed. Cost should have been free being part is $5 bucks or $1 and takes 3 to 5 minutes to replace. But ok, maybe cost of $25. Mr. Sparky cost $77.00. No he did not tell us the cost to replace a working receptacle with just paint on it. Typically electrician hourly is $50 $100 an hr. I adjusted my cost on the high side. My total cost should have been a total of around $560, but Mr. Sparky's cost was $ 1,520.00. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING MR.SPARKY!!!! Find someone who is reputable who doesn't gouge prices to unsuspecting people who don't do research to know they paid too much! It was my mistake, don't let it be yours.

They were knowledgeable on the job did what I wanted, looks really good. I would hire them again.

Brian was left to work on his own for most of the day. Did everything they said they would do, but they didn't label all the breakers in the panel as to what rooms they cover.

Explained everything before completing job. Makes sure done to customer satisfaction.

We hired this company to replace some ceiling fans and smoke detectors. They are hard working, thorough, and they guarantee their work. In addition they check every outlet tens plug for safety. This is a national company. They were here for hours replacing a ridiculous amount of detectors. They remained pleasant and focused. The work they did transfers to a new owner should we sell. And if we move to a town where they are located we maintain our previous purchase status. Really like this company

This technician was prompt in his arrival, efficient in his parts replacement,expertly explained what and why he was doing. He arrived in less than 1 hour for this emergency replacement of a smoking wall outlet. All of this for a very reasonable price. I would call this young man for ANY residential electrical needs in my future.

I had some work done to my electric meter that was damage from a storm. They were amazing and very prompt. I will use again

Experienced field manager came out and assessed the situation. He was very good, and even though we knew he was up selling us on a few things, he didn t come across as a salesperson. The team who came in to perform the jobs were also very knowledgeable, but not as seasoned as the first guy. They too attempted to upsell, and unfortunately it did feel like a blatant grab for money. The job is a rather extensive one-so we shall see how it all shakes out. The electricians are definitely competent and know their stuff..the upsell is (of course) expected- but not high pressured, thankfully.

Prompt - great communications - did a super job and did not short cut or try to cut corners. Super tech and great customer service. Fast and cost effective.

If you are looking for a high pressure electrician/salesmanwho is going to convince you to have your whole house electrical system fixed, you will love this company! I hired them to replace 3 wall outlets. The first thing out of the guys mouth was I'm going to do a safety inspection of your home. He didn'tt give me a chance to say no. He spent 20 minutes taking pictures, another 20 minutes showing me of pictures of how my home is unsafe and proposals ranging in the thousands of dollars. Only then did he tell me the cost of why I let him in the house. 3 wall outlets cost me $255! If you don't mind paying artificially high prices for a pushy technician (mind you, I did not say electrician) this dog and pony show is for you!
