Technicians were friendly, neat and clean. Work was outside, in the Phoenix heat and they kept at it, took 6 hours. Had to come back next day because of faulty breaker, no problem. Would definitely use again.

Michael was very courteous and answered all my questions as they came up. He even let me know that everything on my breaker panel was in good standing, which I did not expect for this project. He is excellent.

Michael Brandt is very knowledgeable, he explained my options, and worked quickly to upgrade the breakers in my panel. He installed a whole house surge protector to my panel, and also a surge protector to my AC unit. I have a tricky light fixture in the front yard, he will be back on Monday with the parts to repair it. In the future if I have any electrical needs, I will definitely call Mr. Sparky.

The first technician must of been having a bad day. When they left I was not pleased. During the visit they were very forceful with trying to influence me in refurbishing my circuit panel. I think he got electrocuted with 240 volts from my water heater and he said this is why I should to the refurbish and a surge protector. after he left I noticed the dents in my water heater and my mirror was broken indicating a fall. Second tech was great with fixing most of the poor work and Dale their supervisor was responsive to the bad work but when speaking on the phone he was like a robot, yes, yes, yes answers which is costumer satisfaction but not good with friendliness. He asked what needs to be done to make me happy and fix this, I said just make is right. I asked for them to install floodlighting (2 lights) which I had everything for the install, Dale agreed. Third time out, the first poor work was fixed to the best of their ability, I think it could have been done better. Now the floodlighting i had an issue with because it is outdoors and they did not use flex tubing connection to the one fixture. I do not get it, the first time everything is done poorly and we are up to the third time and you think they would be on point, nope still shoddy work. I am trying to get them to come for the fourth time to correct the not up to code floodlights. They had a trainee install them. Should I have to babysit an electrician to make sure they are doing what I ask? I got pictures and called Dale, waiting for a number to text the pictures too. Thank you Mister Sparky and god bless the entire company and I hope there are lessons earned from this situation.
