Ultimately we decided on a different type of window replacement but had we gone with Pella windows Midwest Windows and Doors was our choice. Eric was very timely in his quote and worked with us as we asked for several changes on the quote as we changed our mind about the windows. He answered all our repeated questions and was very patient. Definitely was a low pressure but very informative kind of interaction and I didn't get any high pressure sales tactics at all. Would use in the future when we decide to replace our doors.

Description of Work: We had two long casement windows replaced with Pella Windows. This company is not part of Pella. They were a lot cheaper than going through Pella directly. They did an excellent job and we would definitely use them again.
