Description of Work: Used coupon to have garage door checked and installed keypad. They replaced wreathstripping that needed to be done and only charged $30 for the weatherstripping. Had a problem with the key pad not retaining the code and they came out the next day and adjusted it

Description of Work: I had purchased an $85 deal for greasing the garage door and installation of a keypad remote b/c my door had been "sticking" on the extremely cold winter days. Sticking means, it went up about 2 feet and got stuck until I made it go back down and then up again--just on the really cold days. Additionally, my keypad remote had long stopped working. | |But when they arrived, we realized that one of the springs was completely broken. They quoted me 185 for a new set of springs, apparently you should replace them both. So instead of the greasing, they installed 2 new springs. This worked well for me, they had the parts, didn't do anything until I approved it and they replaced the battery in my keypad remote -- which it works fine now-- LOL, I didn't realize it needed a battery. |I was satisfied with their work and professional behavior. I would use them again.
