Scheduling was a breeze, and Dan worked us in right away, which was great! He and his co-worker arrived as scheduled, explained the installation, and were quick and efficient. They were also very friendly. I will definitely return to Midtown Doors & Services when I'm ready for a new garage door, and would recommend them to anyone needing garage door services.

It went amazing. My door was cockeyed and would not move up or down. Dan showed up and not only got the door open so I could remove my car, but he also replaced the springs and now it works amazingly. He explained how the torsion springs work and was very polite and helpful. He was also very friendly with my dog.

Wonderful, earlier than expected.

The door, remotes, and keypad operated very well and everything was fine, and they left. Later that evening when my grandson went to get his bike out of the garage, the remotes or keypad would not open the door. I called Dan and let him know what was going on, and we both agreed it was weird, and he said he would come back the next day (fri 7-10) at 3-4 which he did. They made some adjustments and everything worked good again. He told me if I had anymore problems that I could call him on Sat 7-11. Again that evening when Devon went to get his bike, remotes or keypad wouldn't operate garage, I called Dan and let him know. He told me the "motherboard" was probably going out and it would cost an additional $90 to fix. My old opener was 15-20 years old, so I decided to just get a new one. He said he could install a new for me for $290. I reminded him that I had already paid $95 for the tuneup. We agreed to do it for $220. I know it was a fair price because I googled prices. Nevertheless, they came back out on Mon (7-13) as promised around 4pm. It was extremely hot that day and they installed it within 30 mins or less. I now have new warranty, 3 new remotes and new keypad. They were very professional and courteous throughout this most frustrating ordeal. Everything is working fine now and I was able to park in my garage last night.

Dan came to do inspection & tune up off a deal I had gotten. He answered my call and we were able to set a date. He came over and not only did the tune up but fixed some issues I have had 2 other companies out to look at and they were not resolved. In fact I had gotten a new garage door installed approx. 3 years ago and had that company out 3 times and each time although improved for a little while it went right back to the same issue. Seemed like the two sides of the door where not always going down at the same time and it would jerk. Without me even telling him I had been having a problem Dan came to me and showed me how the garage door had not been installed correctly and for minimal cost (additional $25) fixed it and in the 14 years I have lived here it has never worked so smoothly. I would highly recommend him! Very polite, prompt and knowledgeable. Showed up on time which is always a plus.

Dan was super professional and friendly. He took my call at 8 a.m. the day before Thanksgiving and said he would be out at 1:30 p.m. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed up on time. The replacement took about 15 minutes and then he took the time to check and my other two doors and ensure they were safe as well. He charged exactly what was quoted.
