I scheduled an appointment on the company’s website. They called me back shortly after to confirm. Before the appointment happened he had to call and cancel due to another job that was running long. I rescheduled the appointment. One day before that next appointment he called again and said he forgot he was going to be out of town and will reschedule with me when he got back. He never did call me back but I decided to try and make another appointment online anyway. I made the appointment and they called me shortly after to confirm. The appointment was for Saturday morning at 11:30 AM. Saturday cane and they never showed up nor called nor emailed to cancel. Very unprofessional. Not a good way to keep customers.

Great service, very professional, excellent work done. As for the extra cost, this is pretty typical, as every time I've purchased one of these from AL'there always seems to be 'more work needed.' This one however was legit, as the work did indeed need to be done.

John was prompt, professional and courteous and very knowledgeable about my fireplace. He was thorough, kept everything neat and clean and even went the extra mile to fix my damper chain that had broken off. He also patched a couple of small cracks in the fireplace. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

The technician on-site was John. John was excellent. He was ahead of schedule and arrived early, but didn't pressure us to be home early. He was friendly and kept everything clean. He was willing to teach us about proper maintenance of the fireplace and got us scheduled for a little earlier in the season next year, which I was thankful for. Our fireplace looks wonderful and it works great!

John did a tremendous job on the work and educating me on how best to keep my fireplace in good shape. Will definitely hire again.

Very professional, friendly, and informative. Scheduled quickly (next day!), communicated well, arrived on time, did the work, gave recommendations for repair on my chimney, and left a detailed overview of the work as well as an appointment reminder for next time. Great company to work with, would highly recommend their services.

John was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job, the chimney was in good shape, and it's clean now and ready to go, no creosote. Also I had them clean out the dryer vent which really, really needed it. Will use them again!

Sweeper was very professional, efficient and courteous. I was impressed with him because he pointed out things that needed our attention without any attempt to have us pay for more work. He went beyond just sweeping the chimney; he applied high-heat crack sealant in the firebox and did not charge us. Very happy and will use them next year!

Overall very good. Very punctual even at 7:00 A.M.! Actually arranging the service was a bit of a hassle though as the original call from them came over a week after purchasing. Then when I called back after they had left a message I was given some run-around. Eventually it all got handled and I would hire them again.

John did a great job. Went the extra mile. It was a dirty chimney. Thanks
