Always very busy because they do great work. Not the cheapest, but quality work. Takes 3 days or so to get on schedule, but once on schedule, plumbers are licensed, professional, and always ready to answer any questions and recommend the best solution. Very clean work area, excellent workmanship. I have used these guys several times over the past 12 years or so. I have never been disappointed.

Fabulous. I called about 11:00 am and asked if someone could help me with an overflowing sink drain. On my own I had tried Drano, a plunger, and screaming; nothing worked. The lady on the phone told me someone could be out between 12-12-30.Yeah right, only a 30 minute window??? I figured I'd wait for at least 2 hours. She was absolutely right; the crew (2 men with tools) showed up at 12:20 and by 12:24 my drain was clear. My favorite part - they wore booties in my house! You know, the blue ones that keep your floors and carpet clean? I didn't even have to ask. Job complete and I didn't have to schedule a time to stay home and wait 5 hours They were honest, professional, knowledgeable, and they were friendly!!! They didn't try to sell me anything new (disposal, etc.) and I'm a woman so I usually expect that. In and out. No muss, no fuss, and even wiped down the counters before they left. I'm happy.

I always use Backlund so they were my first choice. When they couldn't get over for 4 days I tried JMT, they were 2 weeks out and suggested Micro. Micro could come the next day, they did the work well and quick. However, when I got the bill it was high and not itemized. I called and asked for an itemized statement. They wrote in the labor and material and sent it to me again. It stated they worked about 45 minutes longer than we showed (they were also 15 minutes late). The material costs were also higher than we could have imagined. I did pay the bill and put a note on there stating that it was high compared to our records of how long they worked. I have not heard anything in response. I would appreciate an estimate in advance and a record that the customer signs at the time of work showing what time the plumber arrived and what time he left. He was in our driveway for about 20-25 minutes after he worked so I don't know if that time was figured into our cost or not. From experience we expected the bill to be between $250-300.

Everything went smoothly. The plumber they sent out was professional and did very good work. Though plumbers are never inexpensive, I thought the $350 they charged was reasonable for the amount of work they did.

Service person was friendly and arrived on time.

They were a local company and it was a pretty good experience dealing with them. The guy was real nice but he had to come back out and fix the faucet the next day because it was leaking, and they were expensive so those are the two things that I wasn't real thrilled with. But, they did come right back and fixed it at no charge. I would not use them again.

Micro Plumbing came to my house on schedule and worked very quickly and thoroughly. Their serviceman was pleasant and cleaned up well after the repairs were completed. I was a bit surprised at the cost, but it had been years since I used a plumber. No problems what so ever since the repair.

They put in a toilet that we picked out and they did a wonderful job. He even took our old toilet instead of leaving it sit somewhere. A funny thing happened as he was leaving, the toilet wouldn t stop running and it was because there was packaging paper in the water stopper hole and it took us a little while to see that.
