Tom replaced all the rollers on my garage door. He checked for proper operation and oil lots of the moving parts. A very nice young man, courteous and knowledgeable.

Terry from Metro Overhead replaced two insulated garage doors that were damaged by hail. He was courteous, responsive, and very professional. He showed up on time and completed the work as promised. He was knowledgeable and helped me to select the best doors based on my needs, preferences, and budget. A few days after the installation, I noticed a few minor issues with the doors. I called Terry and he promptly took care of it. Before I selected Metro, I obtained bids from several other installers and his bid was the least expensive. I would highly recommend Metro Overhead.

Great responsiveness, quality installation, and outstanding customer service. Due to another provider dropping the ball and not being able to provide and install a door on our new pole barn, I contacted Metro Overhead to see if they could do it. Terry contacted his door supplier (the same one as the other provider uses), and was able to get the door delivered and installed within the window I needed, at the same cost. I was very impressed! The technician did a great job installing the door. However, he put the master door controller in an inconvenient location. I wish that he would have asked me where it should be installed, but Terry quickly rectified the issue by sending someone out and repositioned the controller. I definitely recommend Metro Overhead.

It went well. I ended up not lubricating all the areas that I should . It is our first house. He was courteous and educated me on my garage door. I probably did not need the service, but now it doesn't squeak and I am more educated. I would call Metro Garage Door in the future if I have a problem or need maintenance.

They were very good. I paid an additional amount for the cable. They did what they were supposed to do. It was great. The guy really knew what he was doing. He was polite. I already called him on another occasion because I had a problem with the sensor. He talked to me through over the phone and he didn't charge me anything.

The service provider was prompt and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do in detail and answered all the questions I had. He also took the time to show me how my garage doors work and the things I needed based on regulations. I would definitely use this service provider again or if I had any additional issues with my garage doors.

The doors definitely have operated more smoothly and are more reliably following the service. The price for the garage door service was very reasonable. We definitely will use Metro Overhead again in the future.

When we saw the broken spring - we brought up the fact that our current door was builder's grade. He helped us find a new door with good simple styling, excellent "R" rating. Because of the specific door we wanted, we had to wait a couple of weeks for it to be delivered. He then got it installed quickly, with no mess. It's a great door. We can no longer see light when the door is down and I'm sure we won't have freezing problems in the garage this winter. Well done.

The service tech, Tom, was on time. He replaced the rollers and greased the gears in the motor. He check the hinges, track, springs, door panels, cable and rubber sealers. He suggested a stability strut for the door; so we had install one. He was personable and explained everything.

Terry had the best price as I shopped around. He was punctual and professional. I would definitely call on his company again.

Installed in 3 days from our order what other companies said would take up to a month, Actual work took about 4 hours, left clean and operates perfect. Was on time and supplied a well finished steel covered door by a local manufacturer (NE, ND, MN) that was better quality and same or lower cost than doors from other installers that would take them 2 to four weeks to even receive. Everything was perfect, not what we really expect today.

I had backed my car into the garage door. I found Metro Overhead on the BBB - with an A rating. I called, talked to a very nice man who said someone would be out in 1/2 an hour! Actually, Tom was out in :15. He was kind, competent and efficient. I was thrilled to be able to take care of my problem with only a service call, and a brief one at that. We will definitely contact Metro Overhead when it is time to replace our current system (hopefully sooner rather than later).

He was very good about explaining that I didn't need a heavier guage door. Everything was great. Terry did a great job. He wrote down everything he was telling me when giving me the estimate. When he was done writing everything down and explaining, I had absolutely no questions. I couldn't believe that everything was answered in his estimate. When he was done, he gave me the sheet so that I had it to refer to. After he installed the door, he showed me what to do to maintain the door. He left me a bag of oil and showed me exactly how to oil the door in 10 years to help me avoid having to replace my door. installed the door by himself and did a great job. He is a very good, soft spoken, thorough person to work with.
