It's relatively early, with only 3 visits so far, but we have been very pleased. The cleaner always arrives promptly and does a solid job of cleaning. If it stays as good as it has been so far, we will have no reason to change!

I am so pleased with the service. When they did the pricing estimate, I was surprised at the great offer provided. The very first time the cleaning was performed, Michelle walked through the whole house with me and explained what she did in each room and ensured I was happy with what she was doing. I had some restrictions as far as not cleaning one room, certain items that were very breakable, etc. They had the whole list down and followed by instructions exactly. Michelle now comes every 2 weeks and our house looks and smells amazing!

I use the services of Merry Maids of Omaha now. They come in every two weeks on the regular side. They are consistent. They come in every two weeks and clean the house. They do it by the job, they say it is by the hour but they don't spend that much time on my house. I think they are supposed to be charging me about 20 dollars an hour. It ends up, she comes here and spends two hours at most and I pay 130 bucks. It is not by the hour. They are honest and I don't worry about anything getting stolen when they get the work done. They are always on time. I feel like it is too expensive. I get the same woman that comes in every time with Merry Maids.

There was one particular person that I use and her first name is Toni. I would just like to single her out for anybody who is looking for somebody to clean their house, they ought to get her to do it. She is just fantastic.

They offer a service guanantee to come back and redo what wasn't done properly. While they were still here I asked them to do a better job in the bathroom they had already cleaned. Then I saw the the wood floors in the bedroom were not done very well. At that point I called and asked a supervisor to come check the work while they were still here. She promptly came and agreed that they needed to do a better job, which they tried to do. After they left I ran my hand over the kitchen counter and realized they were not clean. I called, she offered they would come back but we declined.

Just average, not great by any means.

I got them off Angie's List. I didn't have a great experience with them. The price included cleaning my house every week, but not the bedrooms and not the basement, about 1700 -1800 sq. ft. On the plus side they were accommodating, punctual and friendly. She worked hard. She was never, not working. She did not sulk. My dissatisfaction was that I felt like they did not spend enough time. Every week, if you asked for special attention to a certain room or function, it didn't get the attention it needed. So it wasn't really anything extra. My biggest complaint is, regardless of how much needed to be done, they did not spend more than a couple of hours in my home, and even on a good day it takes me 5-6 hours to do my home. The bottom line is that only one person came and it wasn't enough to do a great job every week. Even though it was cleaned, it wasn't cleaned as well as it should be for a weekly cleaning. The girls in this company get paid a percentage of each home, and so the more they do in a day, the more they earn. It didn't matter how much needed to be done they only spent between 2- 2.5 hours in my home to do the entire 1700 -1800 sq. ft. When I've had a single person, like a person who runs their own business, it would take her 6-7 hours to do my home. They were competitive on price. They were professional. I usually give people a second chance, but I won't or I may only use them because it would be convenient.

I liked how efficient and through, they were. I like that they bring in their own products. The floors are important to me, and they did a good job with the floors.

They were good. They were better when first the work, but after awhile so-so. They were very polite and professional. Two people came at once.

They do a good job. The routine stuff vacuum, dust, wipe off counters, clean bathrooms, sweep and mop. They are always on time and are well behaved. It's not perfect, but a good job overall.

I call them on a need basis. I don't work, but when I have got company coming in I call them and have them do the work just to help me out. It's a pretty big house for me to maintain. They are great. They are in and out. They use their own products. They just do an excellent job. It's an extremely reasonable price. I have had many cleaning services and these are by far the best. They are rated and licensed and bonded. I have not a worry if I wasn't here and they were in the house. They are on time for their appointments and they get the work done.

The amount spent reflects only the last time they came. I have used this company several times before and each time I've been immensely pleased with their work. They send two people and both are efficient, thorough and friendly. I am so pleased with them that I plan to hire them on a regular basis.

The owner came by and gave an estimate. She was professional and said there would be a 48 hr satisfaction guarantee, which seems to be double some others. But, she was off by 100% on how many hours her crew of 4 would take to do the job, so it cost twice what I was expecting. However, the girls were hardworking, did an excellent job and were very sweet. I will have them back, but plan for more time than they say and budget frequency accordingly. To their credit, the business did discount 1/2 hour from the extra 2.5 it took, so that helped.

The person performing the estimate was very good, no high-powered sales pitch or trying to talk us into service we didn't want or need. In fact, she recommend only a monthly cleaning versus a weekly or biweekly cleaning. They were able to get the first cleaning in the day before our guests arrived and did a fantastic job sprucing up the house for us. I will definitely hire them for a regular monthly housecleaning after this experience.

It went ''swimmingly.'' The two ladies arrived promptly and were friendly and went about their work efficiently. I intend to ask for the same team the next time I schedule them; furthermore I plan to schedule regular cleanings with this company. They are absolutely the best.
