chimney caps
+ -1 moreI accepted the quote and attempted to have the vendor schedule the job. Vendor made a number of promises on dates of service that weren't kept. I gave up on this vendor and opted to go with another one.
Description of Work: Provided me a quote to tear down and rebuild my chimney.

+ 0 moreThe experience went well. I was having all kinds of leaking but he fixed it and there haven’t been any problems since. It was a lot of money but it is good to hear a tradesman that knows roofs say that it was the best job he has ever seen. We know that it is going to last. He did what he said he was going to do and it worked. He was very professional and I would use him again.
Description of Work: Marshall Masonry & Concrete ground out all of the joints on the chimney, he removed the existing cap, he tuckpointed the new joints and beds, and set a new cement cap on top of the chimney. He also washed it down and caulked between the stone and flashing.
