Major Drain

Brent did an excellent job clearing our basement drain. He was professional, courteous and answered all our questions patiently. Services were provided on a Sunday with a quick response time. We appreciate Major Drain and will definitely use them again.

Major Drain made quick work of cleaning my main drain. They really know what they are doing and my place was nice and clean when they left. I couldn't possibly have rented an auger and done the job as well. I do a lot of home remodelling and I know when it makes sense to call the pros in their field.

Their pricing is very fair and found after shopping around they could not be beat. Very well found problem and help fix it

The men were not only on time but early. They fix my problem and even fixed a possible future problem without being asked. The toilet wouldn't stop running on the smart toilet which had to be removed to fix it. When it was removed the guy noticed the flange needed repair. So another guy had to come out to fix that and he did an outstanding job.

They showed up after another company originally told me to punch a while in my ceiling to find the leak myself. It took a 3rd guy from this other company to say it was my dishwasher. Didn’t use dishwasher and still had a leak. Major Drain came out located the leak on the shut off valve to the dishwasher and fixed it. No more leak. Professional Friendly Honest Best around imo.

They were on time and the service didn't take as long as I had anticipated. They made sure I had no leaks and that the valve worked before leaving. I only had a shut off before the meter and it didnt work. They replaced it and then added another after the water meter which is code in new homes today.

We have used major drain several time and each time they are courteous, professional and reasonably priced. This job like others was completed on time and within estimated budget.

They were helpful and informative. They warned me that if they did all of the work I initially called them out to do that it might result in additional costs to me (due to pre-existing damage near/around clean-out plug). They then gave me the option (after discussing pros/cons of proceeding) of how I wanted them to proceed.

He had an appt cancel so called to see if he could come early. Had the sinks unclogged in a jiffy and gave me hints for avoiding the same problem in the future. Will definitely use again. Very friendly and professional.

I was a little nervous, because the last company my home warranty company hired was awful. Fortunately, Major Drain was different in every way-- excellent communication, punctual, friendly, and efficient. Very professional. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected, as the old pipe could not be rebuilt and part of it had to be replaced. However, Major Drain clearly explained the situation and dispatched a plumber to complete the job as quickly as possible. I can't speak to the actual cost, as some of it was covered by the warranty company. However, I am completely satisfied and would gladly choose Major Drain again in future!

Plumber was on time, did a great job clearing the drains at a very fair price. Another company recommended our yard be torn up and new lines be installed; however, Major Drain staff used a camera to show me that the lines were just fine. They saved us thousands of dollars!
