Very nice person, fast service (arrived a day ahead of schedule). Good price. My only concern was that one of the downspouts wasn't put back together and there appeared to be debris blocking the ends of the downspouts. Easy enough for me to deal with, but I would have preferred not to have to. That aside, though, I'd hire this company again.
