Requested service for gutter cleaning and power washing the house. I had just moved into the house in July. It's a story and a half. The majority is brick, with the rest being siding. He contacted me right away with a quote for the gutters, which seemed quite fair. Also gave me a quote for the cleaning, which also seemed fair. I had asked him to come and take a look at the house beforehand, but he said he Googled it and had a good idea of what to expect. Agreed to have him do the job. He started right away the next morning, but when l returned home later, he said he had to double the price of the power washing because he didn't realize that it was brick, and it took longer. Claims he sent me a text to let me know, but also said he thought I would want the job finished anyway. I never received the text, and the neighbors told me later that nothing was used as a cleaner on the house. The gutters do have older leaf guards in place, but you could still see debris. Also left drag marks across the deck floor. I paid him the amount requested, although I should have held him to his original quote. The house did look better, but disappointed with the service overall. Will not use this company again.
