+ -1 moreJustin was a really good person to work with on computer problems. He explained exactly what was wrong in plain language so you understood. He enjoyed teaching people about computers and he did a really great job to ensure we understood the problem.
Description of Work: They formatted my hard drive on my computer to delete information before donating the computer to charity. They also looked at our laptop computer. Come to find out the modem was faulty. It was $5 to format the hard drive and $70 to troubleshoot the laptop.
