Horrible and still going on. We wanted leaf guard protection and what we thought would be new gutters. The salesperson, Tripp Peterson (402) 321-4570 came out 3-22-2019 gave us a quote for our request and at the same time advised us we DID NOT need new gutters. This was provided to us in his contract and also the material provided to us. In this documentation it stated "we repair any damaged gutters and/or downspouts if necessary". He said we DID NOT NEED NEW GUTTERS. On Monday, 3-25-2019 the installation was to occur. Per Tripp on 3-22 who added on his installation supervisor, Tony, the crew would be at our home between 8 and 11 and that the job would take 4-5 hours. No one had to be home. I got my cashier check and waited and waited. I even called Tripp and got his VM. At 11:37 they arrived. I was very EXPLICIT that smoking was NOT allowed on our property and the person in the front passenger seat had a cigarette in his mouth. I advised Tim, the lead person of this. They finished the job at 1:15 and I told him what Tripp told me. He also said that we needed NEW gutters on 3 of the 4 sides of our house. He gave me a CERTIFICATE OF SATISFACTION FORM which I DID NOT SIGN. I did give him our check and advised him I would be calling Tripp. For the amount of money we spent, he said he would get $100. NOT my problem. He called Tony, his supervisor from my driveway to advise him I was not happy. Tim's cell phone is 712-318-0365. Tony's number is 402-981-8136. I also called their 800 number 800-749-4566 to escalate to a manager. I got disconnected and had to call back. The regional operations manager. Curtis Marshall talked to me and referred me to a Kevin Morrow who is the Sales Manager. His number is 843-469-7172. His response time, attitude, etc are awful. According to him now both installation and maintenance people report to him. He did not return voice mails, emails, and then set up appointments at his and Tripp desire. When they both arrived again, WE DO NOT NEED gutters because of no rust. He advised us he would be sending his LEAD technician on repairs because the initial installation was not done RIGHT. Did not hear from him. I again had to email him on 4-7 to find out if/when someone is coming out. We received a voicemail from Tony 402-981-8136 that his tech would be out the following day between 8-noon to fix leaks. I called him back ON 4-9 is when Rodney Bulling came out. It is Saturday, 4-13 and again my husband found additional problems and what was supposedly fixed, NOT. He will be trying to contact them on Monday. I have also sent an email to him today to see if he would be proactive to contact us before us having to chase him down and that is really the truth, I have copies of my emails, I have saved almost all my voice mails, I have hand written notes, my copy of the cashier check. I also was going to stop payment on the check which my bank advised me and my conversation with Tony on date of installation was frightening in the fact he stated I could not stop payment because I was paying for what they were hired to do. To this date, we still DO NOT HAVE what we paid for.
