I received an auto email saying that my appointment was rescheduled until the next week, and that it was basically too bad if that didn't work out for me. If I wanted to change the appointment I would have to call them back. They will charge you a cancellation fee if you change an appointment in the 24 hour period before the actual appointment, but do not offer any guarantees that they will show up on time or at all.
Description of Work: I needed front and back yard leaf removal.
