Description of Work: Asked for a estimate on siding repairs. Failed to show up on the first appointment and rescheduled another. Gave a verbal estimate and I asked for a written one which he said he would mail. Hail storm hit the Omaha/CB area and I have not heard from them. Assume my job to small to bother with[approx $990}

+ -1 moreOverall the service was excellent. Quick to respond and give estimate. Showed samples of shingles and explained difference in quality. There was a large amount of roofs being replaced in the area and the company rep. told me it would take two weeks to get shingles. Problem was that the type of shingle I ordered was taken out of production by the manufacturer. Lastime rep. did not call and tell me of the change. I called the company and was told the rep. would show me different types. Still no problem with selecting different shingles. I was given a two week promise for beginning the project. I had to call back and tell the rep. I wanted to cancel the contract or get the work started. I received immediate service and the project started in three days. Very satisfied with quality of work and clean-up.
Description of Work: Replaced roof damaged by high winds in June 2008. Used 25 yr. warranty type shingles. Five year labor warranty. Added turtle vents, used quality products. Removed shingles and deposited them directly into trash trailer.
