hardwood floor
 + -1 moreLance did a great job overall for the price. We were quoted prices up to $13000 and for the price we paid we were really happy with what we got. There were some areas that we were not happy with but we didn't know if they were defects in the wood (from 1870s original hardwood) that would have cost a ton more to fix or if they were areas they didn't do great on. We were pretty exhausted from moving so we just called it good and were happy with what we got. three months later and some of the spots where the floor was filled in are starting to chip and yesterday when I was walking a huge splinter went through my sock and barely missed my foot. I'm still super hapy with the floor and would absolutely use Lance again. We just wanted to tell everything but we are satisfied.
Description of Work: Removed 2000 sq feet of carpet Prepped floor refinished original hardwood floors put 3 coats of polyurethane and 1 coat of stain.
