KRIMMEL CONSTRUCTION

Upon recommendation from a friend we had Krimmel put vinyl siding on our house. The house is a ranch with solid brick on the front. Earl showed up the day he said they would, installed the siding in a couple days and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the jod was just ok. I was not happy with the finishing around my bay window and a few other places. I had to call him to come back and cover a piece of old siding near the back door. When he did that the materials he used did not match the rest of the job. However, my real issue was a year after install. We discovered a couple cracks in the siding near the back door. I called him to come repair it. I had to call multiple times before he actually came to even look at it. When he did come he grumbled to my wife something about the cracks being caused by something hitting the siding. He cut out a 1" x 3" piece near one of the cracks in order to "match" it and left. We have never heard from him again. I would not use this contractor again nor recommend him to anyone.

Krimmel Construction were just great. They did a wonderful job on the siding. They did a super pick up. I couldn't even tell they were here. One of the pieces came loose and they were right back here to fix it. They did more than expected of them. My husband was going to paint the window frames, but they said they would since they had the scaffolding in place they would do it.. They did it at no extra cost. They earned a life long customer. I am not sure of the price as my husband handles that.
