Besides upgrading blown-in insulation, they also installed baffles in my attic and performed foam sealing of air leaks in my attic and a few places in my basement. I can already feel a difference inside my house. My crew was friendly but professional. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The company was great to work with during the whole process from start to finish.

Koala helped me to understand the science of my attic insulation and airflow, and they were very professional and friendly from the owner to the installation crew. If I noticed a problem they were quick to address it, and they thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished. Air sealing an attic is widely recognized as beneficial to the home so I am glad they offered that. The need for active vs passive ventilation is controversial enough that I did not add the solar attic fan. I think testing the inflow of air at the eaves by smoke pen or some other method and demonstrating the results should be standard practice, and they did that for me when asked.

The Koala team provided a very fair and reasonable estimate and performed the work exactly as requested.
