+ -1 moreHorrible!! Didn’t do what was requested. All he did was make a cut in carpet thinking banister would fit in the small area he slit. It was requested to pull up. We will never recommend this outfit for anything.
Description of Work: Needed carpet on staircase be taken up to prep for new banister to be installed.
