I wouldn't recommend going to them. They promote it so well, but we got it and my carpet is only three years old and you think, we've had it for 10 years, the way it looks right now. When they installed it, they did not have people that were very good about installing it They put the seam down the middle of our room. Where they put the seam, where they put the tape or whatever, you can walk on it and you can hear it. I called them on it and we hit and miss. They would come out, but they weren't willing to take it up and redo it. I would tell a friend or a family member that I wouldn't use them, that I wouldn't go back to them.

Ed was great, was always on time and was flexible with his time. He brought in all of the equipment that he was going to need that day so he wasn?t making multiple trips back to his truck. If you want your floors looking great, Call Ed from Kelly?s Carpet.

Beyond expectations. Had to do more prep work than estimated but we were not charged extra and they were done early

Everything went great. We shopped around at different places, but we choose Kelly's Carpet. Great product, service and installation. We removed all the items from book cases and off the top of everything, and 3 feet up in every closet. Wow, what a job. But is was also a great Spring cleaning for our house. They moved the furniture to install the carpet and moved it all back one room at a time. I also took the time to paint our Master bedroom the week before, while the old carpet was still down. The showroom really helped. Our carpet was really old and warn out. Walking on the different types of carpet with new padding at the store, really helped us to determine what the new carpet was going to look and feel like. I was at the house when they removed the old carpet and padding. I found 2 places in the floor that needed patching or smoothing out, and I was able to get that done while they were removing the old tack strips.

I had estimates from 4 places and they were the highest. To be fair though, they were very professional in coming out and measuring and giving me an estimate on how much the project would cost. They seemed to be very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to complete the project the right way.

We had the grasscloth wall paper removed from our great room. Also we had the popcorn ceiling scraped. We needed the new carpet in when all this was finished. Kelley's coordinated the timing of the install perfectly.

Salesman (former installer) was very knowledgeable. He recognized right away that I am a 'do it yourself' type and accommodated my sweat equity to make this win-win. Kelly's allowed me to prep/pull three (3) rooms of carpet. This let them bang out three rooms right away upon arrival. Very solid install. Crew (of two) arrived at 9:30am and finished by 4:30pm. Good communication, professional installation, clean-up, and haul away. I feel I got a fair/square deal on the finished product.

I purchased carpet and had it installed. Their cost was all inclusive. They provide a 5% Military discount. They move heavy furniture and pull everything out of the room. They were very efficient and did very good work.

The installation of what was very expensive hardwood flooring was performed by a very professional, independent installer. That wasn’t the problem. Problem was when flooring started to develop problems that Kelly Carpet (Owner, Mike Hughes) refused to take any ownership of the problem. The fault, of course, was with the homeowner. If you want quality material and a company that stands behind their products, look someplace other than Kelly Carpet.
