JIMS GLASS SVC

Just to give you a little background - we live in a house that was built in 1924 and has all original windows, we were just having 3 panes of glass replaced that were cracked. I called and scheduled a free estimate for the next day. The guys who came to my house were very professional and quick - they arrived about 15 minutes early and were only here for about 3 minutes. Later that morning I received an email (as I had requested) from Lindsay who works in the office with a quote of $135 +tax to replace all 3 panes. I emailed her back and let her know we'd like to have them replace the glass and she quickly replied and was able to get us in within a couple days. Steven and he partner showed up on time to install the glass today and had all of the glass removed and installed in just under an hour and it looks great! It makes me want to replace the glass in all of our windows :-) The only reason I gave them a B on professionalism was because the few times I spoke to Lindsay on the phone she came across as if she didn't care, I don't know that she meant to come across that way but it was in her tone and the way she said things. I would definitely recommend them if you need glass replaced in your windows!
