Super. Might be the easiest and nicest people you can work with. Updated two bathrooms and I needed to have somebody that could work with the tile guy. Jeff was super easy to work with when it came to scheduling. Andy did the work and did a really nice job. He is a really nice guy and honest. You cannot put a price tag on someone being upfront and honest. I have had them do other work in the past, but this was by far the most involved and they did not disappoint. The pricing seemed reasonable, too.

Not well. Reached out to request services. A week went by...not a word.

He promised me that he would provide a quote to me within a couple of days. It has been a week and I have received nothing. He set the expectation, it's up to him to meet it.

We called Jeff Mumm in the morning and a couple hours later a plumber, Andy, arrived. He said that the electric igniter needed to be replaced. Other than that, our water heater (10 years old) appeared to be in really good shape...no rust.

Easy to schedule, prompt arrival, and quality work. Toilet supply line was leaking due to corrosion. Supply line was an odd size, but they had the parts in the truck. Sweated on a new fitting and replaced the supply tube. Work was done so fast that he checked to make sure everything else was in working order. He spent just over 30 minutes. Because he said he needed to bill for the full hour, he found a leaky cartridge on the bath sink and replaced that as well. He was very careful to keep things clean.

Took the time to adequately eliminate and then find the issue. Very Friendly and professional. Cleaned up well. And all without breaking the bank.

My experience is always wonderful. Their secretary is polite and always helps me get them in around my scheduling needs. They are prompt, professional and never leave a mess. They don't waste time costing me extra dollars and they are by far the most fairly and competitively priced of any plumber I have used.

He replaced my faucet and control knobs for me in a very short time. He was very knowledgeable about his work. I was very happy with the job he did and I will call him the next time I need a plumber. His price was very competitive.
