Description of Work: Issue with appliance working incorrectly-they came to look and said there was no issue. Another worker who was at the house at the time told me they put little effort into assessing the appliance. I have, however used them on other occaisions and had good luck with them. I'd use them again because I don't know of anyone better.

Description of Work: A/C unit would not cool. two other contractors looked at this before Jackson,, Aksarben came out and said I needed a new one, A1 charged me for freon but said it would probably not last and that I would need a new one also. Jackson actually took the time to repair the leak and the unit if fine....not suggestion of needing a new unit.
