I had trouble finding a roofing company that would take on a repair versus replacing your whole roof. I found this company and they thrive on repairs big or small and roof replacements. They don’t try to sell you a roof you don’t need and were very happy to look at ours. They knew exactly what the issue was and showed me pictures. They were also very reasonable. We had it fixed in less than a week and had an option of paying in full or making payments. THANK YOU INNOVATIVE ROOFING!!!

Great job. I called several roofers after a storm, most tried to immediately get me to sign a contract. When I said I wanted an estimate and would get back to them after I talked to a few companies, most of them said I needed to sign the contract before they would provide an estimate. Innovative was only one of two companies that provided an estimate as requested. Everyone else sent a high-pressure salesperson to "close the deal." I did have a small leak after the roof replacement but Innovative was there very quickly and fixed the leak on the spot. (I called on a Friday evening and the leak was fixed early Saturday.) In an industry full of scammers and creepy sales people, Innovative stands out as reliable and trustworthy. Also, Romaro definitely knows how insurance companies work. I followed his advice and my insurance company had no problem with covering high-impact shingles with no additional cost to me.

I was having difficulty finding someone to clean out my gutters and downspouts. I did some research and found Innovative Roofing online. Their website featured numerous reviews from people who were highly satisfied, and the reviews sounded sincere. I contacted them, and Ramiro came out quickly. He climbed onto the roof, inspected it, took several photos and showed me how my existing leaf guards were beat up and doing more harm than good. He also showed areas that needed caulking and other maintenance. He explained that they could do a maintenance program, whereby they would come out in the spring and again in the fall to check for any issues and also clean out the gutters. He and his crew chief, Anderson, discovered that all the bathroom vents and the downdraft vent of my fancy stovetop were dumping moist air directly into the attic, instead of venting out through the roof. This was having a negative effect on the attic insulation, as well as allowing cold air into the kitchen during the winter. Anderson and his crew installed four flopper vents in the roof and now everything vents outside, instead of into the attic. They removed the old leaf guard, and so far, the existing gutter and downs are handling the rain just fine without it. Ramiro also recommended an excellent company to blow in a foot of additional insulation into my attic, as well as over the garage, which incredibly had none in the ceiling or the walls. This is a large, high-dollar house in a tony subdivision, and the builder, well-known, cut numerous corners, in addition to those I have mentioned. Fortunately, some of the wrongs have now been righted by the good folks at Innovative. They were always on time, cleaned up any mess, gave me a decent price, and were unfailingly pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

Remmy contacted me quickly and came out the next day to check out my roof. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. Remmy and his crew came out and fixed the problem quickly as well as making sure there was no other problems. They will always be my first to come to if I have roofing problems.

The overall job went smoothly with some minor delays due to weather.

Innovative was awesome to work with. From helping me get insurance to pay, to his demand for quality work from his crews, Emilio was awesome. I’d anything comes up for us in the future, or friends and neighbors need a referral, Emilio and Innovative will be our choice.

WARNING: Never use this company!!! They give you a price for the job and then up charge for labor and materials. They do NOT do the work they promised to do and then when you question them about it they make you the bad guy for asking the question. They have no idea what customer service and think that they should tell the customer how the project will be done. They are rude and do not talk to the customer about any changes they do to the project.

Innovative did a great job. The roof looks really good and Working with Ramiro was great. The roofing crew were courteous and did a very good job of keeping on top of picking up construction debris throughout the project.

Not good. The company was very enthusiastic at first. That was when they thought I wanted everything replaced as it was. But when I wanted to upgrade the shingles, install heating element under shingles to prevent ice jams, possibly replace siding that was not damaged and replace a small area of roofing with metal they lost interest and did not respond to my email and have not heard from since.

Did a great job delivered as promised. No workmanshiip issues was easy experience for the owner.

Innovative Roofing replaced almost all the wood under our roof so it must have been pretty bad. They worked all day. All the roofers were very polite and cleaned up sweeping and vacuuming. They finished the next morning again cleaning up any mess. The place looks great. The roof is brand new and looks very professional.

The work went well, best part was that Innovative uses a porta potty for the workers and also upgraded us with their solar breeze attic vent system. I love how innovative clean after the job and also took care of my elderly grandma with her roof. We’ll definitely recommend them to our friends and family in the future.
