+ -1 moreTell come to shut off upper unit while covered. I also asked other A/C repairs all paid=They worked you unit. So fix out 227 for call after hours & $1800 for new compression, Sloppy clean up too. He gave me $250.000 after I premise paid casor.
Description of Work: A tarp was placed over our A/C unit in 93 degree weather with the unit! Recoming constantly, once day left for the day, I entrance the home was getting warm. Had to all A/C repair who said "They did"

+ -1 moreThe painter, John Thies was very professional and did an excellent job painting my ceiling and overhangs outside. He was on time, finished his project within 2 days and definitely knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend this painter for exterior and interior painting and dry wall work. He is very conscientious and does a great job with great detail and professionalism. If something other than painting needs to be done as patching holes, fixing broken wood, etc. he is eager to do this. I will not need to seek another painter. He is reasonably priced and does excellent work. He cleans up after himself and does not leave a trace of anything behind. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: The provider dry walled a large hole in my ceiling where florescent lights were removed, also above the sink. He then painted the drywall and ceiling of my kitchen, entry way, living room and painted the outside overhangs that were buckling due to poor paint and weather related.
