Mike F. went above and beyond our expectations for our home inspection. We have been in our home for 3 months now and have yet to come across something he missed. Very Very happy with the service he provided. He offered suggestions for areas to watch and gave us a binder with pictures and all areas he inspected.

They were recommended by our real estate agent and they were horrible. The home inspector was not thorough and we had to completely redo four bathrooms and it ended it costing us $50,000. He did not inspect the roof and just did a visual inspection from the ground. He didn’t want to go up on the roof but if he had gone up on the roof and looked at it, he could have found a leak on the roof which was not visible from the ground. He missed the ramifications of the leak. We had one bathroom leaking down into another bathroom and had more damage. He even has on his paperwork that he is a certified mold inspector but he didn’t do that. Patrick Casey is the owner of the company and we had him come back but he said it wasn’t safe for him to get up on the roof. By that time when we had him come back the inspection was done and the house was closed. I didn’t think we could make him do it; we asked him to do it but he refused. The mold wasn’t found until we went to repair the leak. The fire place was broken. The worst thing was that he turned down one of the faucets outside and didn’t tighten it resulting in a flood in our basement. We told him that and he didn’t do anything. It was just overwhelming for us. He did a poor inspection of the attic. He took three pictures of the attic but he completely missed a leak in that. He just did not do a thorough inspection. He also missed a squirrel’s net and a bat’s nest in the attic. We just didn’t get what we needed and we reported him to the Better Business Bureau.
