This was absolutely amazing and they answered our many questions and were willing to work with us so we could get back into our house. Due to their professionalism and friendliness and willingness to take time to go over all of our options, i would recommend them to anyone who is needing a contractor.

My house was struck by a tornado on 06/12/17. I signed a contract with Hoffman Weber Construction in Omaha in July and I have had nothing but problems. They took 4 months to get back to my insurance company with their bid so it was 6 months before I had any work done. My damaged roof leaked twice during this time which resulted in more damage. The roof was not replaced until the end of November! The company does not come to perform work when they say they will – they just say they will be there next week for sure. They respond to my requests for information with “I’ll check with the production manager” or they do not respond at all. I still need exterior power washing, siding, paint, gutters, and insulation in my attic and basement. Since they dragged their feet the outdoor work cannot be completed until spring. My neighbors’ houses that were total losses will be in their new houses before my house is complete. They also want me to redo my contract and pay them for work that hasn’t been done. Their website claims they work with your insurance company but it seems they only see the situation as a blank check. I refused to sign the new contract and I was met with anger and threats of ‘cancelling my contract’ and ‘just billing me their going rate as the insurance company pays them so much less than their normal rates’ This is not unique to my house, several of my neighbors are experiencing the same problems. If I could give a negative star…I would. This has been the worst experience and unfortunately it is not over.
