Scott came to my house on time and provided me with a quote the following day. The technician Shawn arrived on time as scheduled and resolved all of the job quoted needs. He discovered one other issue and stayed longer to resolve that issue. They charged me an extra $40 and I am overall very happy with the professionalism and quality of work.

The first guy arrived to give us an estimate which he stated it should be about 1.5 hours to 2 hours and if it begins to get into 3 hours there is a problem. I thought it was weird that i didnt get a writtwn estimate it was only a verbal estimate which in the end posed a problem. Another guy came and did the work and he took several hours on the fire place outlet...while he was working on the outlet the internet went out the cable tv went out and our telephone went out. He left wholes in the area that he was working on and the outlet was all bent up. I took photos. After completing the top the guy left for about 45 minutes "to get a part from his partner" and he came back and finished the bedroom outlet. While doing the bedroom.outlet he tripped the power and it went out. I had tl contact several people in order to get it fixed. We ended up having to pay Cox Cable a 75 dollar fee to come in and fix what they broke. Everyone was so very unprofessional at this company i had several people say they would call me back about the problem and they didn't. This was the worse most stressful experience i have had with any company.

When I called for service , Scott took my call and I quickly had an appointment. Shawn arrived promptly as scheduled and within 90 minutes he and his partner had completed the work. They were professional, courteous and considerate of protecting the work areas as well as cleaning up. I thought the price was very reasonable for a quality job. Plus Shawn fixed a light in the garage for my husband that wasn't part of the original work order. A+!!

All telephone and personal interaction with Hiller personnel was outstanding! Courtesy and professionalism seem to be their modus operandi. Steve called and arrived promptly. He quickly assessed what had to be done and what equipment was needed. He patiently explained to me each step performed, and answered questions about possible future electrical problems I might encounter in my home. Professionalism best describes all personnel I interacted with at Hiller. I would call them first for any electrical work, and I highly recommend them!!

I hire Hiller Electric for all my electrical projects on my investments. Scott B. is the contact person for me there. He does what needs to get done to make the customer feel appreciated and satisfied at the end of the job. From start to finish this job went smooth.
