Description of Work: I needed my porch, steps, and railing replaced on my split-entry house. I called multiple concrete contractors to get estimates. I got stood up by a couple and couldn't get calls back from the rest. Josh Melancon was the ONLY one that appeared to want my business. He was extremely friendly and professional when he came out for the estimate. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. | |His crew arrived when they said they would and finished the work on time. The quality was very good and I was satisfied that they lived up to their word. | |The only reason that I didn't give him an "A" was due to price. I thought the price was a bit high, but with only having one estimate it's hard to know for sure.
