Hans is a wonderful company. Very professional. Jamie came over to our house to check over our old air conditioner and see what the problem was and what could be done to solve the issue. Our home was always hot and the air flow was low. He gave us a couple of suggestions on what we could do better ventilate our home. We did end up getting a new unit even though we probably could have fixed, saved and mended the old. It was just worth replacing instead of keep fixing. And it was our decision. No hard sales from Jamie. Very happy with the Hans team. The install and service from Hans was excellent.

They went over the furnace, humidifier, gas lines, water lines and replaced a water valve at the supply line for the power humidifier. The furnace was installed in November, 2013. The salesman was very professional and helpful. Not pushy at all. He said that our original furnace was oversized for the home, leading to inefficiency. It also had a cracked heat exchanger and had incurred several hundred dollars in repairs over a 12-year period. Hans bid was almost $1000 less than that of the contractor who had been servicing the builder unit for the same exact furnace. Installation was very professional as well as the follow-up semi-annual seasonal checkups. I provided Angies List with a full write-up at the time. Outstanding service continues.

We have them service our very old furnace with A/C unit twice per year to keep them in best condition

The technician, Steve, did an excellent job. He found the problem quickly and was able to replace the capacitor. He then completely disassembled my air conditioner unit to thoroughly clean it as it was fairly dirty due to all the cotton wood we have. The air conditioner unit is working great and I have had no issues since. They will be my HV/AC people for any future needs.

We were initially going to replace both units with heat pumps but Jamie added we should look at Geo Thermal system. We are glad he did! They did a great installation added baffles so we could go to one unit but still have 2 zones. I would recommend them to all family and friends.

I called Hans because my air conditioner condenser was making a louder noise then last year. I thought that it was probably on it's last legs. He fixed it and now I can barely hear it running. He also performed routine maintenance. I am so pleased with the work he did. I was so worried that the repair would be quite costly. He was very nice and considerate. My experience was exceptionally good.

They are great! The job was excellent, very good quality, people were professional, timely and courteous and we have no complaints at all. I think their price was good I mean they were not the cheapest that we could get but we got good quality work done and to me that count for something.

My 12-year old furnace was diagnosed by my former service provider as having a cracked heat exchanger just a year after replacing the blower motor. He quoted me a replacement cost of over $6000 for a Trane. Seemed high. Called Hans and Jim Kruger came out, did a very professional assessment and quoted just over $3200 for EXACTLY the same furnace. Hans professionals showed up on schedule and about 3 hours later, we had quiet and effective heat. Jim Kruger is also a qualified system balancer and balanced our system to even out the temperature. Jim also recommended moving the thermostat from the end of a long hall to a position where air flow is good. Made an incrementally large improvement in air temperature control. Overall, we are very pleased with Hans and especially Jim Kruger. True professionals. Once the manufacturers warranty expires, we will contract with Hans for annual checkups and service.

The tech was a little late from another appointment but I appreciated the fact that someone from Hans gave me a call ahead of time to let me know that. Turned out the error was no big deal and it was a quick visit. He discounted the service call price as much as he could and gave me some helpful tips about my HVAC while he was here. I plan on gettng set up for their annual AC/Furance maintainence plan.

After a crack in the furnace heat exchanger and serious air conditioner (a/c) problems, obtained comparable bids from 3 Trane dealers. Hans was the lowest bidder. We negotiated one free year of maintenance and extended warranty by pre-paying the second year of maintenance. All work was performed on time and in accordance with the contract. No problems; no call-backs necessary.

I called and was told they would have a service manager call me back to discuss what I needed done. I never heard back from them.

No power to the Air Conditioning / Fan. Called Hans (original installer on our new home). They were able to make it over in about 3-hours and repaired the faulty unit under warranty.

I have three different companies come and make quotes. Not only was HANS the lowest bidder, but was also the most professional in terms of their bid and assessing our needs. The crew did a great job installing the system. When/if the air conditioner goes out, HANS will be the first that I call.

Furnace stopped working. Technician was able to be scheduled right away and was prompt and courteous. Found the problem and was able to make the repair. I thought they did a good job and didn't try to gouge me on the parts cost as has happened with other companies in the past. I definitely recommend Hans H&AC.

Chad who came out, was very friendly and very professional. He is a great guy.

We had another contractor come over to to a preventive maintenance inspection, he ruined our 25 year old furnace. We had been doing business with this company for fifteen years. The owner said he would refuned the service charge if we bought a new furnace and ac unit from him. We called Hans and fiive other companies. None of the other companiies could not hold a candle to Hans. It as a NO BRAINER.

The estimator was very professional and thorough. He did a very good job describing the work to be done. He made good recommendations. Another company offered services at lower cost. I would recommend the services of this contractor

They just do some general maintenance on our heating system. We have used them for the past 20 years and will continue to use them in the future and tell others about them.

There was no comparison. I got a very good deal. They were very thorough and knowledable. They answered all my questions. They went above and beyond what I asked for.

Salesman, came back after installation and checked each day again and tweaked all units. He did an excellent job of explaining the new digital thermostat, how to buy and install air filters.

Hans installed our furnace/AC when the house was built sixteen years ago. No problem with the blower motor for fifteen years. Then in March '09 the motor went out and Hans replaced it for $447. (We had always used Hans for maintenance. Their techs are good.) In Aug '10 the new blower went out after only 16 months. We called Hans and they came right out and replaced it, charging $488. It seemed to us that, if the origiinal blower lasted fifteen years, the replacement blower should have lasted, say ten years or so, at least. We were paying close to $1000 for two blowers in sixteen months. I called Hans and had to leave a message for "Jerry," which was not returned. After several days I called again and asked for a manager, and this time Jerry called back. He listened and said," They don't make them like they used to," and that a one-year warranty was common in the industry. Since we have a radon evacuation system with a blower guarantee of five years, I suggested that the product Hans installed was inferior and overpriced, and that surely there were manufacturers out there that can do better. He didn't think so, and was unwilling to make any adjustment for a customer of sixteen years. When I mentioned Angie's list, he was dismissive to the point of rudeness.

things went as jim said they would...so far. waiting to see if he comes back this winter, as he said he would, to do checks on the furnace. no complaints so far. by the way we got Trane equipment, as it was highly rated in my exhaustive research.
