The crew did a great job and were very professional to work with!!! The basement flooded this summer from all the rain and these guys jumped in the same day I called them to get all the wet carpet and drywall out. From there, they put in new drywall, textured the walls and painted the whole basement. They also installed recessed lights which makes the whole space much brighter and feel way bigger. Overall I'm very pleased and would definitely hire them again when I'm ready to make further updates to my home.

Great job all around. Great communication, I felt the pricing was very reasonable and affordable. Crews were prompt, extremely friendly, cleaned up after themselves, very professional. I have used them numerous times and always had great results. A++++++

I called them to help my with my screen door and some caulking in my tub in my trailer. They finally called me back a few days later. We set up an estimate for my next day off Tuesday between 10 and 2. Shannon Derry called me about 930 and left a message she was in the area. I work nights so I didn't get it right away. I called her back around 1020 and she said she was going to Elkhorn and would stop by after. She never showed up. I called her an hour and a half later and it went right to voice-mail. Talk about unprofessional I know it was a small job but I'm extremely upset and disappointed. I would not recommend them. And nor would I want them to work on my house if that's how they conduct business.

They were very professional. Very tidy as much as they could be. I'd like to give an atta boy to Ernie the painter and Cecil the carpenter. Thank you very much for your hard work.

By the Grace of GOD I was given the opportunity to work at Hand-E Help Omaha for about a year and a half. It was an amazing experience and never in my life have I had employers like Eric & Lori! Not only do they care about their customers but the genuinely cared for me and helped me in countless ways. Hand-E Help Omaha creates a family oriented and safe work environment for their employees. They are truly amazing people always giving to others and helping anyone they can! Hand-E Help Omaha is a company that will go above and beyond for their customers and will always makes things right! We have used Hand-E Help on a couple of occasions, Eric and his team are always very responsive and accommodating to work around scheduling. They are very efficient and do great work at very fair prices. A+

The mailbox (post + box - already pre-mounted to each other) was mounted crooked, although initially, we thought the mailbox itself was defective. I ordered a second identical mailbox and requested that this company return to reinstall the new mailbox. I could not tolerate that the box did not sit completely perpendicular to the street. Hand-E Help aligned the design pattern of the post to be parallel to the street (the post has a hexagon shape) rather than aligning the box to sit perpendicular to the street. Turns out, after having received an identical second mailbox, that the mailbox itself was fine (not defective) but the post was mounted crooked by this company. We requested that the company come back to correct the mounting error. Upon his 2nd return, we told Eric Wallace that he could take the spare mailbox w/ him, as remuneration for his return visit since we were not paying a second service fee. Eric was outside supposedly remounting the post when he decided to just leave, with my spare mailbox in tow. My mailbox is still crooked and my spare mailbox is gone too. We followed up w/ him many times requesting that he return a 3rd time to complete the original task. He made numerous empty open-ended promises to return and never did. He promised to refund our money and return the spare mailbox and he has not. He is now no longer responding to our inquiries. We are very understanding people who were very flexible about his open-ended "I will return next week" or "this weekend" statements. We simply cannot tolerate the blatant disregard that we encountered with this business. I am out $500 ($200 service fee + $300 spare mailbox) and still have a crooked mailbox. Avoid this company at all cost. You'll be lucky to get the desired task completed and will probably be lied to many times over during the process. I never take the time to write reviews but if my level of professionalism and courtesy at my job was equivalent to this business, I would be fired. Horrible experience.
