The experience was great. TC, our salesman, was really easy to work with, gave us great options and ideas without any pressure. Jesse came out and spent most of a day making templates of our kitchen and bathroom. A three man crew (including Jesse) came and installed the kitchen and bathroom counters in no time at all. They were very professional and helpful and answered all my questions. I felt they went above and beyond to make everything look great. They took pride in the job they did. I would hightly recommend Granite Transformations. Both rooms look great and we are really happy with the product. I really like that there is no maintenance with this product. No sealing, no staining and easy care. USA product and the installers work for Granite Transformation. We would feel very confident recommending them.

They did a great job! From the representative, who made it happen [to meet my deadline], to the plumber, who was very professional and personable, to the installers, who installed my kitchen counters quickly while trying not to make a mess [but what mess they needed to make, they cleaned up]. I would definitely recommend them. They?re the best!

It was a fight to get them to caulk the bath properly, they missed steps all over the place and it's been a constant headache dealing with them. I would never use them again. It took for us to contact one of their promoters on one of the local radio station to get some action taken. Horrible horrible horrible experience with these people. I think it was mainly the subcontractors problem but they are the ones that brought them in to do some of their work.

Very professional. The product still looks as good as the day we put it in.

It got very dusty and when they cut the angle on the existing wood under the formica. they cut it free hand instead of using say a router and bit to make it a heck of a lot more uniform.

Excellent service from start to finish. The installers were very professional and attentive to details. End results were beautiful. After seeing my completed kitchen, several friends and friends of friends have used Granite Transformations and were also pleased with their results.

Try not to have them make a straight line cut. Pieces of the glass chipped off the cut line. Prep work was good and clean up.

Dicided not to use them..Too expensive

They were on time and finished when promised. Great cleanup afterwards. Their prep was outstanding covering up cabinets and appliances. Definitely would use them again. Countertop and backsplash are great in appearance. A happy wife makes a happy husband.

We had our bathroom renovated and it was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Our bathroom has had problems from the very start. 1.) Problems with the caulk and they argued with us about the repairs, etc. 2.) The person who did the floor work, etc that was referred to us by them did a shoddy job sealing the floor. 3.) There was a hole in the wall by the shower. How they left it there, I have no idea??? 4.) When they removed the toilet and their contractor who did all the plumbing and flooring work did a crappy job sealing the floor. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. I am very disappointed in my service and their attitude towards my bathroom.

They have an excellent product, and I really love my new counters and sink. They came to the house to help me pick out all the color options. Measured the dimensions about a week before the actual job. It took them about 5 hours to do the work on install day. They were quite neat and cleaned up, except the sink. They took out my old sink and replaced it. However, I would have expected them to haul it away. They just dumped it on my back deck without telling me. I found it later, and my plumber very kindly took it away when he re-attached the faucet in the sink. The sink dump issue is my only complaint. Price is high, but the quality of the product is really good. Better than pure stone, because you won't have to worry about re-sealing it for years. Good warranties too.

They said they would finish the job in one day, and they did. My concern from the beginning was my appliance garage and how they would fit the granite under it. I was assured that they do it all the time and it would be a simple matter to cut off the appliance garage to install the granite. However they basically ruined my cabinet and left (after collecting full payment). I took photos of the job they had done back to the business, and they did send an employee out three times to attempt to fix the damage. It is a long ways from perfect, but is much better than the way they initially left it.It is my opinion that they are not capable of installing under an existing appliance garage.

Excellent overall experience from initial price quote to installation. Offered many options to choose from and came in at the committed price. Installation was completed professionally and all debris was cleaned up at completion. After a year we are very pleased with the product and have no issues at all with the upgrade to our kitchen.

Everything done professionally. Workmen sealed off kitchen and laid vinyl protector on carpet. We took advantage of an incentive which included a very nice new sink. Penni, our sales consultant, was terrific. Helped in many ways, went above and beyond call of duty. Looking forward to next year, when hopefully we'll get our bathrooms done.

They first came to our house to show us the samples. They showed us the sinks that could be installed under the counter top. Then a service person comes to the house to measure the location for the counter top. A week later the counter top is brought to the house for installation. The homeowner is required to remove the original sink and hardware. This is easy to accomplish.

The staff was knowledgeable and clean. They really knew their stuff and did a beautiful job. I was highly impressed with the work and they were on time and friendly as well. The whole experience could not have been any more perfect.

We looked at several options. We felt we were given a high end product for a very fair price. Everyone we dealt with from the showroom personnel to the installers were great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to update a Kitchen or bathroom. I will use this company again.

It took Granite one visit to measure everything and then they made a mold and returned to install the countertops in one day. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well after themselves. We're quite satisfied.
