Awesome great work

We contracted with Grandel Construction for several building jobs this past summer of 2017. The first & biggest job was for a pergola covered attached deck on the back of the house. Since we intended this deck to be home for a 7-person spa, extra reinforcement would be necessary. The finished deck was beyond our expectations. Zach's recommendation of cedar was perfect. In addition, he found some decorative materials that not only were less expensive, but also added to the uniqueness and beauty of the finished project. We also used Zach's company to install new fencing & a concrete parking slab. During this construction, our house was hit by a hair storm. Zach met with & accompanied the insurance adjustor's inspection. Following inspection, our roofs on the house, garage & shed, along with new gutters, were replaced by Grandel Construction. Through all of these projects, Zach kept in constant contact and never left a job until we were 100% satisfied. Great personnel to work with. We would highly recommend Zach and Grandel Construction!

This is the second time in two years that I've used Grandel's. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Zach is incredibly quick with his responses, as well as uber patient with the bevy of questions I had each step of the way. I trust him so much that I recommended him to my parents. He takes the time to meet with the adjuster and has always been completely trustworthy. I know I will use him again if the need should arise and I will certainly recommend him to anyone needed any kind of home improvement work done.

The roofing crew was on time and did a fantastic job. Extremely professional and very detail oriented. Their Josie was clean and the employees were very polite. I would recommend them for all construction needs

The crew from Grandel's were prompt and professional. They arrived when they said they would and were excellent about communication throughout the process. Grandel's crew were all polite and friendly and did an outstanding job. Zach was great about suggesting products/materials for our remodel and gave us reasons why or why not to choose certain materials or products. He never tried to up-sell us or add any unnecessary costs. He communicated the "why" throughout the process and it was greatly appreciated. We will definitely use Grandel's in the future for our next project!

It went better than I ever expected, they went above and beyond and I was so pleased with the results. I love my garage and I will refer them to all my family and friends.

Hired Zack for siding. He went over and beyond and helped with multiple projects. Beat every other bid by 20% +. Went to bat for us on our insurance battles and did achieved things other contractors would not help with.

Zach and his crew always work hard to get your work done on a timely schedule and for a fair price. Zach worked directly with our insurance when it came to dealing with construction after a storm. We had previously hired Grandel's Construction and Roofing to build a new front porch and finish off our basement and we are ecstatic with the results.

Grendel Construction did a wonderful job on my deck. They actually talked me down in square footage to save me money. I am glad I listened to them. Value, price and service was amazing

Zach was great. He was a savior because 2 skylights were knocked out and more rain was in the forcast. His crew had my roof tarped and skylights covered the by the end of the day. He also worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure all repairs were covered. And then actually showed up when he said and completed the work efficiently. All the roofing, gutters, siding and fascia were replaced and my house looks great.

Zach was amazing! He swooped in and took care of everything for me. I worried about nothing and trusted him totally. I was the first house in the neighborhood to have my home restored to perfection. Zach is a great guy and runs a great company. I highly recommend him!
