+ 1 moreI called Future Floors to provide an estimate on repairing some tile in our bathroom. After providing the estimate and attempting to book an appointment, Ron with Future Floors failed to come to my house to perform the work. I attempted to call him several times to inquire about why he did not show up. The receptionist claimed she would provide him the message that I called, but he never called me back despite multiple messages left. I will never use Future Floors and would suggest that people refrain from using them in the future given their unprofessional attitude and disregard for people's time.

hardwood floor
+ -1 moreThis two day job turned out to be a nightmare. After they were done sanding the floor, they didn't remove the wood dust from the floor before covering it with latex. They only worked a few hours each day. I had requested a polyurethane floor when they were done, and they didn't do that either. The floor had a sand paper finish and wasn't smooth. It wasn't what I wanted at all. This would have cost me $650, but since they did such bad job, they didn't charge me at all.
Description of Work: They refinished my hardwood floor, which had just been destroyed by a previous re-finisher.

+ -1 moreThey did an awesome job on all of my floors. It was kind of a long process in our opinion because that was the last thing we waited for before moving into our new home. They did a wonderful job, they were very polite and dedicated to finishing the job because they knew we were anxious about moving in. The price of the floors was covered under my home-builder's contract.
Description of Work: They installed 2 rooms of tile, 2 rooms of linoleum and 6 rooms of carpet and they also put down carpet in my 2 hallways.
