The gentleman changed out my filters and tested the water to make sure the water softener they installed a couple of years ago was working.

Companies that sell water softeners are few in this city. It's actually between buying a unit, then having a plumber do the installation or hiring a company who do everything. We went with Futuramic because their product was in the house when we moved in. The sales presentation was thorough, and the salesman was prompt. The installation went fairly well. My constant concern for contractors is that they leave the work area as clean as they found it. I would have liked to have seen a better job. Some cleaning after is expected. We've experienced worse. The softener we bought works as well as expected.

Cost comparable to other bids, but more accommodating with scheduling. Very easy to work with, explained things clearly. Would recommend this company and use them again!

Overall was fine. System seems to work good. I did not appreciate having to fill out background check paperwork to lease a water softener. They said, it is just the paperwork we use to check your credit. We signed a lease for 6 months and plan to purchase the system.

I was having a problem with my reverse osmosis drinking water filter and could not get it fixed on my own. I usually change out the filters myself but the water had a funny taste even with new filters. This unit was not purchased at Futuramic's, it was one I brought with me from another city. I took it to them and within a few days I picked it up and it was working like it used to when I first purchased it. They were very helpful and explained what was wrong with it. I will continue to use their service and am looking at one of their water softeners.

They were awesome. They were really easy to work with. The way they structure their payments are very positive. They are great about providing good service and they are low pressure.

It has been very good. They're very punctual.

Futuramic Products is a really good company. We've been using them for a few years and we're very pleased with them. They're very prompt, show up on schedule and we never had a problem with them. They never had to come back for not getting right the first time. I would recommend them just because they do as advertised and I think they're reasonable. They do as advertised, you can't beat that. They're professional.

Our water was so hard here, I couldn't keep my crystal clear, it was always dull looking and so with the water purification system, my glasses are sparkling again. It's much easier to keep our showers and sinks clean and also our laundry does better. I think they had something that was recalled, they notified us, came in the next day and changed it. The price was really compared to others we checked.

They came, did their job and left; that is all I wanted. They did real good and it has been working perfect ever since. We had one of their units in our house before so we just replaced it with another unit. Their quality was good. Just about everything they do around here is 100-percent on time. They were here on time.

It didn't turn out very well. They didn't end up charging me anything because they couldn't fix it so I had to get a new water softener. I wouldn't recommend them. I went with a different company.

It was fine. They were good. They got to the root of the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. They were quick and they are reliable. They don't have me buying stuff that I don't need. I trust when they tell me that I need something that I need it. They are not trying to inflate the bill. They are a relaxed company but they are professional. I have every intention to use them again.

It has been pretty good and I pay rent of $81 monthly. Their price is pretty decent.

I have a continuous contract with them. I have the new water softener in and it does not use salt as often as the old disk dial did. I seem to always have to call to get the service instead of them putting me on an automatic route. They respond to the call. Their pricing is alright when you stack in that they deliver it and put it in. They might be a little higher on their initial cost, but they carry it down to my water softener and if it is low they fill it up. I can't complain about that. I would rather pay more to have the customer service.

The service was great, but it was many years ago. They provided great service and were great guys. I checked around five or six different competitors and they asked me to find the best bid before I called them back, which was real unusual. I have had no issues with the water heater since putting it in. They were not the cheapest, but I do not normally go with the cheapest. I did not even tell them and just when with their service on the phone. They were not overbearing and did not push; I don't like to be pushed. I had two guys come out to bid and I liked these guys. I looked at their reviews too.

It was a wonderful experience and they did just fine. They were very prompt when I called them and said I needed the salt. The guy that showed up to do it was right on schedule and everything was just fine. I did not have any dislikes.

I am still with them and they are nothing but excellent. I have been doing business with them for 15 years and have never had a problem with them.

We are very satisfied customers. In the 20 years I have had to had them come out one time to service the actual water softener. Some plastic or rubber parts that wore out over time needed to be replaced. They sold us a good unit and did a good job, service-wise. We have them bring the salt out to us. We have never bothered looking elsewhere because the price seems very reasonable.

Very friendly and professional. They seem to actually care about their customers and the work they do.

Jack was very busy when we called him. He could not come out for a few days until he had time. When he did come out he showed up 45 minutes early to the appointment. He looked at the system and quoted a price. They had a three week backlog of work so he was in a hurry.. We had seen the presentation before and we had experience using their systems. Jack also shut the water off to the old system and provided a discount because we were an existing customer. Jack wanted us to look over the information and call him back in the morning. Three weeks later a new system was installed and it works fine.

The services provided by the company finally resolved the problem safter the third service call. Thank goodness for NATE, who finally found the problem. The company did credit me with the service call that were performed when the problem was not found with the system.

Good. They plugged it into a switch controlled power source without telling us and it took us months to figure it out but finally did :). Would be nice if person who assisted us would to a follow up call on how it all went and is going.

We shopped around and talked to all three of the BIG name softener people. One was not sure they could do the job. One refused to provide references, and then there was these guys. They gave me a list of references that all checked out, they came in with a creative solution to my unique application, and they didn't try to up sell me with an bunch of expensive options. I had crappy Omaha city water, and it was clogging all the pipes, the water heater was full of gunk, and it tasted bad, and stained the shower with deposits. We now have clean water, the wife comments how she misses the water when she travels out of state, and I'm not cleaning out the faucets because they are clogged with sediment. What more can you ask for? Sorry I waited as long as I did to get the system.

Their salesman came to our house and tested our water first. He then described the water softener that I was interested in and explained in detail how it would solve our water problems. We ordered the unit and the installation date was setup right then. The saleman was very professional and courteous, and immediately answered any question that I had. Finally something happened as we were told it would.
