Description of Work: They painted main floor and hallways, walls and trim. They finished early, and it became clear why. Windows were not cleanly scraped, handprints left to dry in the paint. Wall paint dropped on trim and not cleaned, some wall areas around trim were not painted. Not sure why they did not do their best. We hired Fresh Coat based on a relative's recommendation and the work done at their house.

+ -1 moreTheir phone is an answering service. They take the message and pass it along to the painter. I would definitely recommend them to other people. They are really friendly and trustworthy people coming into my house. He has been very professional. He was willing to work with me on a lot of things. I was having a hard time deciding on paint colors, and I thought I had a decision made and he painted the house. I then told him I couldn't do it, so he started off with a different color. He was really willing to work with me on different paint colors. He is very responsible. He calls back right away when I leave a message. We had a couple of other estimates. His price was right in there and a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. His price was very competitive.
Description of Work: We used Fresh Coat Omaha for interior painting in March. We had an issue. It was a new product from Pittsburgh paint that they used in our brand new bathroom. We were having the paint crackling a little bit, so I called up the painter. The owner of the company also did the paint in our house. He came right out, took a look at it, and brought the Pittsburgh paint that was with him. The paint people are still working with it. He is going to come and repaint it for us.
