Description of Work: Awesome! Greg did a wonderful job on the inspection. He is very thorough and pointed out everything that was wrong. Some minor for us and one major issue. When I told our realtor who we were using, she said "He's awful, just awful! I asked why and she was making all kinds of things up. DO NOT let your realtor steer you away from using a good inspector! Use one that will do a good job for you. If your realtor doesn't like your inspector, than you are right on track! Foundations 2 Rooftop are out to protect you, not the realtor. The sad thing is we've known our realtor on a personal basis for years and she still just wanted the sale.

Description of Work: He was very professional. took several hours to check every part of the house he could get to. He recorded the entire thing on video and went over it with us and left us a copy. He really seemed to be looking out for us.

Description of Work: Complete home inspection by Chad. Extremely thorough and went above and beyond to explain everything he was looking at/for which was helpful as a first time home buyer. The DVD is a great resource as well. | |Don't let a realtor dissuade you from using these guys! Both our realtor and the seller's agent weren't pleased that I chose F2R, however, I couldn't be more pleased. The peace of mind that comes with their thoroughness, diligence and professionalism is invaluable. Money well spent. Turned out that the agents had nothing to worry about in the end anyway. If anything they should be pleased that I'm more confident with the decision to purchase our young family's first home.

Description of Work: Full home inspection. Greg Wayman was very professional, informative respectifull and very thorough. He was easy to talk to and even provided great quality video besides a final written summary report. I would definately use and recommend him again.
