Jake and his team did an excellent job on my new floors. They were so easy to work with and very accommodating. Did it in record time and would definitely call them next time I have a flooring job!!!

Jake and Shane did a wonderful job reviving the original wood floors our 98 year old home. They were professional, courteous and did a beautiful job. Both were so knowledgeable of wood floors, stain and finish. They put our minds at ease when doing the job. We appreciate all they did!

Jake made sure that I had an excellent crew to do my floor. They were punctual and had expert Knowledge of my floors. They finished my floor in two days, which was great!

Overall very very satisfied Crew were also very accommodating and kept us is the loop of what they were going to do. Biggest complaint is that everything turned out so well my wife wants new furniture!

We just purchased a home that was built in 1940 in midtown. We had 2 floors refinished along with 2 rooms with carpet that proved to be a bit of a challenge. The communication was solid and the finished product is amazing. Everyone who comes in our house comments on the floors. Footprints went above and really brought our home to life.

We recently had 1300 sq ft of LVP, new baseboards, and new wood stair treads and risers installed. Overall the work was good.

After personally “demo-ing” my 100 year floors and seeing what they looked like under, I felt compelled to put down the filthy carpet I just pulled back down and tuck it back into the baseboards. I immediately started researching how to make these floors “bearable” to look at. After setting up a few estimates with different floor specialists, I only needed to spend my time with one: Jake with Footprints Floors. Not only was this guy professional and on time, but he didn’t beat around the bush. Quick to measurements, was very adamant about how I saw my ideas and vision - what I wanted done. I cancelled all of my other appointments. He gave me all of the promises and securities of getting this done the way I wanted... and he pulled through. After a long weekend, I couldn’t even recognize my floors from the week before. I’m talking about transcendent transformation. My expectations weren’t very high and the outcome was incredible. When I eventually decide to do the rest of the bedrooms in my house (if it’s even possible with the unknown condition of those floors), I’ll have Jake on speed dial.

We chose this company based on positive reviews and faith. Footprints is not a company that has its own tile workers. I guess they basically, without telling the customer, broker jobs and take a large chunk (over half) for doing so. We felt it was misrepresented. We thought the man that was dispatched to the job site (apparently the owner, Jake) was the installer, never telling us he was not the installer. We had made it clear we needed a top-notch installer and knew this was a very complex tile job. This tile job was a job my husband could do, we just wanted to pay someone to take this off our plate. Jake, instead brokered the job with a very *new* installer and instructed the tiler to do a section first, using our most expensive tile which created big issues. Floors go in first, (I mentioned this in front of all 4 people) for waterproofing and frame issues. The owner does not seem to know how to install tile or how to inspect the quality. 2 days in a row, 4 people came to the house for 10-20 minutes, 3 being office staff!?? I have no idea why. It was uncomfortable the second day not knowing why they were all there nor given a heads up. The installer of course stayed. After 2 days we put the job on hold and requested that Jake, the owner, come to the house and showed him the tiles falling off the wall/mortar not sticking, line and level issues, huge gaps. The owner did not even tell the tiler the job was on hold so he came over and we had to send him away. We did get our deposit back from footprints as Jake saw that our expensive tile was ruined and knew the damages were costly. We had found a good deal on it and it was no longer available. Replacing would be more than the deposit. Footprints called the tiler to do another job within a day with no care about quality issues. This made it CRYSTAL CLEAR that the owner of footprints only cares about the cut he gets. That became very obvious to us and hurt deeply. Wheres Gods honor in that? But God. So my husband is training the tiler and teaching him the skills to go forward like a real top-notch pro. so he can do high-quality jobs and above industry standard!!!!!! He also will get paid in full, not a fraction! You will see good reports of Hillary in a previous review(s) that also show recent issues with Footprints. Footprints not only did us a disservice but also the installer who is a really wonderful energetic gifted young man! But God is taking care of us and the installer. I have no idea how other jobs are completed by this company. I only know the situation they put us in and know there were issues in jobs shortly prior to us. I suggest you look at the low reviews to see similar issues. Maybe tile jobs aren't suited for this company. We would like to see Footprints take responsibility and stop snapping back towards customers who have left negative reviews here. Had we seen those, we would not have gotten involved. We could have done a lawsuit for the damages that we are letting slide, we expect that a Christian company is kind to their customers regardless of the review published. The customers did not ask for these issues to occur.

Best service... great yuck and very friendly and work was completed in budget.. I recommend Jake for sure!!!
