It was great as always. I have used this company 3 times so far without being disappointed.

Ray and his assistant had to move some very heavy furniture from a fourth floor apartment to a Home. They made sure the furniture was wrapped and protected. They were very polite, worked very hard, and I was very very pleased with their work.

Ray has always done excellent work. I've used him a number of times.

March 10th 2023, the weather was wet, slick with sleet, and snow, and was the only day I had to move. I had 2 days to move before the new owners took possession. FirstRowe was hired to move the bigger furniture only, to my very newly built house. This mover showed up at 9am promptly, but did not officially start until my POD was picked up and moved to the new house at 930am. My new driveway at the new house did not support the POD in the new driveway and leave enough room for a moving truck to be parallel. This and the weather caused an arguement between the owner and the worker about the conditions. A ruckus between them was very loud and they wrestled and banged into our stuff on the truck. Then the worker walked off for about an hour. When the worker returned. FirstRowe proceeded to ding and scuff up my house in many places. Got mud on my carpet despite blankets being laid down and broke through drywall in my stairwell. 1000+ in damages total. NO INSURANCE TO COVER DAMAGES.

Ray has been such a help for the last few years. He’s a hard worker and very thorough. His prices are very reasonable. I have always had a good experience with Ray. He has done many hauling jobs for me as I’ve remodeled. Best of all, he’s completely dependable and I know when he comes to do the work, he will do it efficiently and professionally. It went so-so. There were 2 guys, very friendly, but only one was doing the work because the other was being trained, but I still got charged for 2 movers. Took twice as long and again, still got charged for it. Should have been charged for the job jot by the hour. The guy doing all the work was very careful with my stuff and was punctual tho.

It went very well. Move was made in a timely manner. Price was very fair. Extra time was taken to get a difficult piece of furniture moved from my house. Very pleased with the work that was done.

It did not go. I sensed early this would not be a good fit. As I asked clarifying questions to assure alignment and agreement, Ray appeared to me to be defensive and unwilling to listen and address my clarifying questions. Never a good initial sign. I quickly realized if this communication style is any indication of the service I would receive, I made the decision NOT to move forward and save my self the headache and the additional work and stress to unravel the possible aftermath of Ray's "communication and business style". I feel 100% better that I did not move forward, it would have been a disaster.

It went amazingly. They were very professional and super quick and careful. Couldn't have found better. I highly recommend and would definitely use again. Simply amazing! Great job guys!
