EXECUTIVE LAWN & LANDSCAPING

Description of Work: They take care of our regular lawn care. They do planting and snow removal in the winter.

Description of Work: We hired the company to install 3 retaining walls, a fire pit and make a new patio. The retaining walls were completed of a 6 month period due to winter setting in. Once the weather broke and the got started again they were very slow to show up to complete the work that had been started the fall before. we had to continually call them to come ouot and finish. We were promised that the work would be completed by Memorial day andit was not completed untill the 4th of July. That fall we tried to light a fire in the fire pit andit would not work because the made it to air tight and wowuld not draw by then winter was setting in again and we had to wait till spring to get them out. That spring 18 months after the project was started we noticed the retaining walls starting to lean and bow. We called them out and they said they could fix it for another huge payment. The wall end up collasping and we had to hire another company to build it correctly. The walls were built out of brick. We were told they would last 20 years and they barely made 18 months

Description of Work: I contacted this company for an estimate on landscaping maintenance. They did schedule an appointment and did show up for the estimate. The gentleman gave me a price and it seemed reasonable so I asked them to perform the services. He said they would be by in about a week and a half to get the job done. I never heard from then again and they never showed. I called then two weeks after they were supposed to have come. The gal answering the phone put me on hold to talk with someone. She came back and said they were still planning to do the work but were behind due to rain. Well it has now been over a month since they were supposed to do the work. They have never called again and have never shown up. I do live in the country so maybe they thought it was too far but whatever the reason is they did not want to do the work they should have just said that.
