Went great, he showed up on time, cleaned windows inside and out, did the storms, results were amazing, didnt realize how dirty they were. The company offers other services, we are considering using them. Service rep was nice to my kid, that goes a long way with us.

This is the second time we've used them. Their prices did go up a little, but that's understandable. They showed up and cleaned the inside first so I could leave for work and then finished the outside. Everything was great!

When I needed an estimate they came out and looked at they house and gave me the estimate unlike others who give it over the phone. They are good.

They did a great job. They had one guy come out and cleaned all of my windows. They came out and estimated my windows before they cleaned. Their pricing is very good. They cleaned the inside and outside. He was out for 2 hours.

I had my windows cleaned prior to having a film put on them to block UV rays. Executive cleaning did a great job with the windows and screens. The gentleman cleaning my chandelier rotated the light to the left as he cleaned and unfortunately it was not tightly attached to the ceiling and dropped, but was held by the safety chord. The owner of the company came out and several attempts were made to reinstall the chandelier. They were very concerned and tried fixing the problem. We opted to have an electrician come and reinstall the lamp. Mr. Barrett, the owner, comped me the cleaning which was approximately the cost to have the light reinstalled. It was an unfortunate mishap, which I believe could have happened to any cleaner because of the original light installation, but instead of walking away from it, executive cleaning did the right thing and tried to fix it. I would definitely call them again to clean my windows.

This company provided a written bid in my door, since I wasn't home to meet them. The bid for window cleaning was the highest of three I had received ($150 for five, large second-story windows versus $75 and $120 from other Angie's List members). The bid for gutter cleaning was about the same as other bids ($125-$150, with a discount if I also did the windows) I had received, and the bid to clean my interior chandelier was also higher than others I had received (about $10 higher at $45). I chose not to work with this company due to the bids being the highest of any I had received. Since I never spoke to anyone personally, and only communicated through email and their website, I didn't get to gauge the company to determine whether the extra cost was worth it to work with their people in particular.

They were very good, and there was nothing that I disliked. I would rate them highly.

I called and spoke with a gentleman, letting him know I'd like a bid for window cleaning. He asked if he could call me back but never did.

The first time they cleaned the gutters, they left some debris in the yard, which I didn't like.However, a year later during our second experience they made it right, which I really appreciated. We do plan on continuing to use in the future.

The company sent two people to do the job. They spent about 5-6 hours and did a very thorough job. There are quite a few triple pane windows in the house, they opened and cleaned in between the panes. Some of the other windows have lattice on them, they removed evrything and clened the bare window and then re-installed the lattice, thus really doing a thorough job instead of cleaning around them. As always, very pleased with the work and the attitude of the firm's employees.

Executive was a very pleasant and professional company to work with. My windows look amazing. I don't think they had been cleaned in about 5 - 10 years and the two gentleman who cleaned them worked very hard not only cleaning but scraping off old paint. The difference is almost unbelievable. From start to finish this company has been a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time for the estimate and work and were very professional and personable on the phone. They had issues running my credit card and were so nice about it and not at all pushy or irritated. I would highly recommend this company. The work was not cheap but their estimate came in at about the same price as another company so I feel like I got a fair price and I definitely got my money's worth!

Went well. It was winter and they did the work on a day when things thawed enough, so some sloppiness was expected. Overall, good work.

They are so nice when you call, they are just delightful to deal with. I have so many windows that I decided I better buy a squeegee and get to it.
