Excellent. Brent and company did great job getting everything done and on time.

The company was quick to respond and very professional. Brent came out a couple weeks after our purchase, and patched up the part of the roof where the ceiling was leaking. He was friendly, professional, gave us some great information, and...had a cute dog with him! The leak was repaired in no time, and it's rained VERY hard a couple of times since the work was done. NO ISSUES with a leaking ceiling! Thanks, Brent and company!

Brent went above and beyond. He went onto the roof and into the attic to locate the leak and to check the ventilation, before we even hired him. He was very thorough. He came this morning, on time, and then came back later in the day to fix the problem. Very quick. He gave us different options and let us decide what would work best for us. They pinpointed a leak in a seam between two roof gables.

I received a bid on Thursday and they showed up on Tuesday afternoon, keeping in mind that Monday was a holiday. So, pretty impressive turn time needless to say! The installers were pleasant, explained what they were doing and were hard workers! Would highly recommend them!

Did excellent job explaining the issues and the actual condition of the roof. Also fixed some minor damages for free. Strongly recommend.

Out of bids received, narrowed it down to two very good choices and went with Everlast Exteriors. Pre-contract customer service was very responsive and answered all follow-up questions completely and quickly. Job started/completed as agreed upon. Roofers were very efficient and courteous. The job took a full day and part of a morning. Clean up was thorough and debris dumpster was removed the same day the work was finished--very little evidence they'd even been there except for a nice looking roof. We ended up going with Everlast, over their competitor who likely would have been a good choice too, mainly because of the shingle product they presented. Everlast stated they took additional training with that manufacturer to meet that manufacturer's installation specifications. When we asked their competitor if they used that same manufacturer, they said they could get it if we liked it, which we did, but they'd chosen not to get the additional training. It seemed it wasn't their preferred product. Perhaps it wouldn't have mattered to us, but as we looked at the reference properties provided by Everlast and their competitor, it appeared to us in all cases that the Everlast properties looked the best. It wasn't a workmanship issue, it appeared to be the product they used made the difference. Since all other factors (warranty, price, estimated start/completion times, etc.) were basically the same, we went with Everlast since we liked the finished homes using the product that they went to time/expense for additional training/certification. It's hard to get excited about writing a check for a new roof, but we're pleased that it was money well spent.

Didn't realize it would be 2 different appointments. Brent was 2 hours late for our first appointment. Never made the second appointment. Contacted Angela the office manager to schedule it. She statednitnwould be a few weeks out and she would contact me at a later time to schedule. Well one day out of the blue I got a call while I was sleeping for work that night and they were on their way over. They fixed it. But I lost sleep for work because there was no scheduled appointment. All in all for the price I paid it was quality work.

They were supposed to come out and never contacted me nor came out. I posted my review and they contacted me 12 hours later. They came out within 36 hours and completed the work.

Appeared to be interested but have been trying to work something out but it's been over a month and never got anything done .waste of time I guess.

We had a roof leak and mold in our attic and had several roofers out to address the problem, only to still have the same issues. We contacted Everlast Exteriors and found out that the mold in our attic was caused by improper ventilation. Everlast replaced the metal around our chimney, added bathroom exhaust vents as well as soffit vents and remediated all of the mold from our attic. We haven’t had a single issue since! Everlast Exteriors also backed their work with a lifetime warranty. They did a great job for a reasonable price and we were very impressed with their knowledge and the quality of work. I will definitely recommend Everlast Exteriors to anyone looking for exterior home repairs!!

Great, originality they gave a reasonable timeframe for when they could do the work, but they ended up being able to do the work even earlier

Good, they were very professional and knowledgeable.

They would not allow me to use the package to cover the 3-shingle replacement - and wanted another $200 for the work. I got a refund on the package and paid it. The work looked good. Some issues with communication, where they said i agreed to pay the extra $200, but i never did. I told them i had the package and he would look into possible using it for the repairs - but he never got back to me on if the package would be used until AFTER the repair was done. I had to work out getting my refund afterward.

Great. The owner is very attentive and friendly. He answered all questions ahead of time and the work was done on time. We are happy we hired this company.

The work done was excellent. Attention was paid to detail. The owner, Brent Hall is very knowledgeable and professional. The work crews did an excellent job. After the work was completed, they cleaned up completely. In fact, they made sure the yards and area surrounding the house were very clean. They did not clean up at the end of each day. The only issue we had with this company was one of communication. We had very specific needs for when the work needed to be performed. that caused some minor issues. One time, the workers arrived early in the morning without any notice. They were asked to leave. They and Brent were always professional. Brent contacted me and apologized for not telling them this was not a good day for us prior to their arrival. Again, the quality of their work was excellent and I would hire them again, I would just be more specific about what days were good for the workers to be here.

Never got a heads up when they came to do work. They had to come back to fix a downspout that didnt reach the ground.

They came and gave me an estimate but it was a lot more money. I decided not to use this company.

I was pleased with the quality of the work. Adding the baffles in the attic was an unpleasant job, well done.

The earlier job over twenty years ago was average but not great. The roofing lasted, but recently has some small leaks have popped up. Everlast Exteriors did a superb job. they removed and replaced all the roofing, and installed new ridgevents during their first part of the job. When we had the job done twenty years ago, the clean up after the job was terrible. This time, they thoroughly cleaned up the roof area, and the exterior area of the house was so clean, you could almost eat off the ground. Unique was their thorough clean up of nails around the house. They had strong magnets rolling around for quite a while to ensure that there were no nails left in the yard. I even looked in the garden plant area around the house. Not one nail was found! A week later, one of their inspectors came around to make a final inspection of the roofing job. He replaced a small section of ridge vent about six inches long, and said everything else was good. One week later, a great two man crew came out and removed and replaced the gutters, downspouts, repaired the facia board (looks like new) and installed the gutter covers. Again, the job was truly professional, and clean up resulted in absolutely nothing left behind. Brent did a great job of managiong the job, and the Class 4 shingles will save me almost a third on my homeowners insurance premiums. If there was a way, I would rate this company's work A+++++.
