Description of Work: I've already reported on EE for two jobs: siding replacement (superb) and gutter replacement and porch roof repair. A chimney caulking to correct leakage into the garage was a bit messy to look at, but who looks; the leak stopped.

Description of Work: The company did come by and do an inspection of the roof and let me know there were 2 shingles that had come off. I already knew this because we had an inspection done on the house before we bought it. I paid the $55 for the inspection with a $100 repair credit (which should definitely cover the repair of 2 shingles) but the man said I had to spend at least $300. Well that's just ridiculous and I didn't ask for them to return to fix it.

Description of Work: They came out and walked the property with us and did an assessment on what work can wait till spring and what is needed for winter. They actually cleaned out my gutters while I was up there! Instead of minor repair he just left us the caulk so we could do more work than he could do on his own (he said he could do one spot) which was fine. We were really happy and felt he was honest

Description of Work: Everything was great in terms of the promised work and the work done, timeliness, etc. The only ding I have is that for a small roof fixup job, the crew left quite a lot of junk behind - the big empty shingle wrapper, soaked with water, was not a welcome addition to the bottom of my (deep) daylight window well. And there's just something about picking up the empty Monster drink cans on my lawn...that I don't like.
