Description of Work: I have this company for dog waste removal and lawn service for several years now.

Description of Work: I requested a quote for trimming the hedges that fence the back yard, aeration of front and back yards and doggy duty for the back yard. After seven (7) days I have yet to hear from the gentleman, either by mail, phone or note in the door. I would not recommend this company because a lack of communication tells so much about commitment to service.

Description of Work: I received a gift one year from my sister for a couple months of pooper-scooper services with whatever company I wanted to try - BTW, this was an awesome gift. I did some research online and ended up going with EntreManure. Well, that was several years ago and I can say that I have no intention of ever canceling their services!! They do a FANTASTIC job, are very reliable, thorough, and always professional. The dogs always bark up a storm if you say 'let's see what the pooper-scooper left for you today' because they know there is a milkbone for each of them hanging on the outside of our front door :D

Description of Work: We are completely delighted with the service this ENTREMANURE provides and we have tried other PET WASTE REMOVAL companies before this one. DETAILS section above do not provide space to show that we have been a very happy customer of ENTREMANURE for about 2 years now. DETAILS section above also do not show that amount spent varied between the months that are warm weather months thaincluded BOTH mowing and pet waste removal. ENTREMANURE'S Staff is always professional, friendly, on time . They are also flexible, honest, and responsive to our calls and emails.. When we needed them to mow around a flower bed or other recently planted section of yard, they always treated it with utmost respect. The owner, Brent always returned our phone or emails within a very reasonable time and we always. ENTREMANURE'S has a simple but BRILLIANT system of leaving a dog treat in a bag on the door so that customers know for sure they have been there, because, with pet waste, an ongoing 'delivery' system by our pets on the lawn, it is often very hard to tell for sure. Customers can't always get right out there to our lawns, but our dogs must do so. Therefore, as customers, we very often couldn't tell for sure if our Pet Waste Removal Companies had been there. Especially if a dog is more 'productive' sometimes than others. With this system of leaving a treat on the door, everyone wins -- even our dog! This way we did not have to be calling the Pet Waste Removal company to ask if they had been to service our yard, which was never an easy call. Entre Manure had already figured out a way around this ongoing, awkward problem by simply putting Treat Bag on the Door every time they service the yard, so to know for sure if a company has been there, the bag with dog treat is an extra special nice feature. If you haven't had a Pet Waste Removal service before this may sound odd. If you have had Pet Waste Removal services, we are guessing will probably know EXACTLY why this feature is important, and will be very much appreciated. Once your dog has been back out to the yard, you really need Doggy CSI to tell which waste "package" arrived when. This system is brilliant and prevents hurt feelings all around and saves you from repeated awkward phone calls to less inventive Pet Waste Removal Companies. Interestingly, we had asked Previous Pet Waste Removal Service to do something similar for us, so we'd know when they had been there, but they would not comply. We'd asked a previous company to do something we thought was really simple: move a ribbon we'd put on our fence from one spot to another, just a few inches. But, because the previous company wouldn't do it, or only did it intermittently, therefore, with the previous company we never knew for sure when they had serviced our yard and we got tired of having to make awkward phone calls and it was the final straw in having to find this much better company: Entremanure. So, you see, the dog treat in a bag on the door, for us, was no small issue. FEATURES THAT MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE TO USCAN PAY BY CREDIT CARD: EntreManure also has a very, very convenient and efficient and secure online billing site that allows us to use a credit card and then the system immediately generates a receipt which sails instantly to our email , the email which we entered when entering credit card info. The invoices arrive to email inbox and then you can go to the website to pay with credit card. The invoices arrive in PDF format that make it easy to keep them in electronic format, already "scanned" and electronically "filed' for us. This company is very much into the 21st century with its billing system which was so important for us. FULL LINE OF LAWN TREATMENTSWhile our dog is sensitive to lawn treatments of all kinds, we know that this company provides all arrays of treatments and fertilizers. If we were going to use any, this most certainly would be the company we would use because they are RELIABLE, INFORMED, HONEST, EXPERIENCED, and show a great breadth of understanding and experience with landscape design and maintenance. ON TIME, EVERY TIME. Weather changes when waste removal or mowing/yard work can be done, but ENTREMANURE does a superb job of communicating changes in the schedule. They leave notes in the BAG WITH TREAT ON DOOR with holiday schedules or changes-due-to-weather schedules, which shows precisely where our yard will fall in the change. For example "all Wednesday yards will be serviced on Thursday, Thursday on Friday...and so on.."
