+ -1 moreMargaret at ECHO lighting was very unprofessional and at times, refused to help me with my order. When I was finally able to place my order, Margaret guaranteed me that the lights would be shipped within 14 days. When I checked two weeks later, she called me a liar and claimed she never gave me a date for shipping. When I asked to get a credit for the lights, she refused. Overall, some of the worst customer service I have ever received. If you have the chance to order lighting from somewhere else, I would recommend it.
Description of Work: I ordered several outdoor lights from ECHO lighting.
