The plumber came in and replaced the faucet, he was here about an hour. I believe Dundee Plumbing is a one man operation, whenever I call for service the same man answers the phone and the same man always comes to do the work. Dundee Plumbing does not ever seem to be busy, he always comes the same day or the next day. I have always been satisfied with the work he does. The plumber does not talk much, he will not start a conversation unless its about what needs to be done. He seems to be knowledgeable about the work and when its done he will just send you a bill. If you need someone to come soon and the job only requires one person Dundee Plumbing is a good name to know.

Dundee Plumbing put in 2 different valves that weren't compatible. It would work for about a week then that was it. They came out three times and didn't get it fixed, and when I called again, I heard someone in the background say to just give me my money back because they weren't going back. The price was high too, but they gave me a senior discount.

I always use them. When you call them for the appointment they show up on time. They are very efficient and they never have to come back out to do any work. I have used other companies that were not as good as this one. They always do great work and I am satisfied.

He did a great job. I needed the job done and he did an excellent job.

We bought an IKEA sink many months ago and never really took into consideration factors like ease of install, would it work with current plumbing, etc. We just wanted a new sink and wanted it NOW. Fast forward 11 months and we still did not have a plumber willing to do the install for us. We had a few estimates and they said we needed a contractor to drill the 4 screws into the wall to hold up the sink. Really? We had the base put together and showed it to Dundee Plumbing and you could tell he's like ugh. But after doing some measuring and thinking he's like ok are you ready to do this?!! I said yes of course. I called and got same day service which I didn't expect, he did stay I'm sure past normal working hours to finish up but we were very satisfied. We will be using him to replace or repair some old faucets. He gave us a few ideas for us to think on and they sound consistent with what an older house needs. If you like in the Dundee/Country Club area you need a plumber that can handle the old houses and this is your guy.

It took him a while but he did get the job done. We were pleased with his work. He really helped us out of a tough spot.

I called around 11:00AM and asked if he could come around 1:30PM to fix the clogged pipe in the basement, as I had other appointments in the morning. I didn't make it home until about 1:35, and he had already arrived, right on time. He snaked the pipe in no time and then I remembered that the kitchen sink had been leaking for months. I asked him how much that would cost and if he had time to fix it and he said the kit was about $20 and he could do it. He finished both projects within 30 minutes and charged what I thought was a very reasonable amount. He cleaned up after himself and I would definitely use this service again.

He had to come back three times to fix the problem. He first put a washer in, charged me and he had moved the faucets up too high for me to use comfortably. I called him back and he moved them back down. The hot water faucet started leaking again, so I called him again and he said he wouldn't be coming back and returned my money.

Answered the phone himself when I called. Showed up approximately when he estimated that he'd be available (was same-day). He didn't polish the minor scratches out of the bowl from the augering or clean up every last bit of debris from the re-setting work. I didn't ask him to do those things (who wants to pay plumbers rates for cleaning work?) and am happy with the overall result. Having this work done same-day was definately worth $125 to me.

They were able to come out the day after I called for an appointment. They were on time. I don't know the name of the man who actually did the work - he never introduced himself. Very tidy and seemed to work pretty efficiently. The labor price, $100/hr, seemed a little steep (but I suppose you're not going to find a plumber for $20/hr.) Overall, they did a nice job - no problems with either sink since they came.

Have not run the washer yet, but everything seems to be perfect

I'd been "limping" along, using one toilet. When that one stopped flushing, I called their office at 8:00 am. He called me a little after 2:00 pm and met me at my house. He went straight to work. Overall, I'm quite pleased. Only caveat-I wished he'd spoken to me, explaining all he'd done, but then I could've asked him. Also, they do not take credit cards, which was irksome.

I called around 10 am and they said someone would be out sometime the same day. The called at 3:45 to say there were on their way and were there shortly after 4. Actually took them about 20 minutes to fix the problem.

They did a very good job. They came out on the same day we called which was wonderful.

Great. The plumber came and was done within an hour. Took about an hour for the plumber to show up after I made the call.

The man from Dundee Plumbing Service arrived the first time and was unable to find the problem. He was supposed to return. When he did not, I called three or four times and was assured he would return, he never did. I finally ended up calling another plumber to do the job. Beware!

I was very happy when they sent someone over the very same day I called. He was very polite and showed us exactly what was wrong. There was a small clog that he was able to clear up, but he had showed us that the flushing mechanism inside the toilet needed to be changed. He had to leave to get a new kit for the inside of the toilet. He was very knowledgeable of what he was doing because when he came back, he had the new kit installed and our toilet working properly in only about 1 hour.

We always call Dundee Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. We have used their services for years. We have always been very satisfied with the service. They do good work. The workers are very courteous. I would recommend them to others.

I have used this company several times in the past and they were very reliable people to do business with. They knew what they were doing and we haven't had any problems with their work. The materials used were always top grade. I can't recall the price of the work.
