Doctor Odd Job

Description of Work: He said he would come to look at the project. I never heard from him again.

Description of Work: He installed coke machines into different Verizon stores.

Description of Work: Repaired the deck at our home by building two new sets of steps and replaced some rotted railings.

Description of Work: Trying to sell our home. Had a lot of things to fix that we had just been living with "broken". Called Dr Odd Job. Responsive and professional. I told him the things we needed to have done and he advised I go to a hardware store and get the necessary "fix-its" to cut down on my costs! Who does that anymore?!? So I went on the suggestion of Dr Odd Job to purchase items he suggested. I asked him to fix a leaky faucet, many broken electrical switches, crumbly grout and a crumbly brick lampost outside. He fixed everything with the items I purchased at the hardware store. While he was fixing things, I was trying to fix a screen door that had come loose and he gave me his tool to fix it because I was trying to use a pizza cutter to get the screen back into the groove! He cleaned up after he fixed everything. The weather was not good to fix a brick lampost outside but he told me to go buy bricks and just leave them by the post and he would stop by when the weather was better and fix it. A few days later, he called me and told me and told me it was done. I was happy I didn't have to call him to remind him. That was a plus in my book! Overall, I am very happy with the fix-its he fixed that I didn't know how to fix and I will definetly call them again.

Description of Work: We had several odd jobs around the exterior of our home ie: replace a piece of siding and paint it; fill some woodpecker holes in the siding and paint them. We found him to be reasonable to work with and timely in his service.
